Stay at this brand new all-suite hotel in Austin, just steps away from all the entertainment on 6th street, for an authentic Texan vacation, including fine Southern hospitality and charm.

The 2 bedroom unit ranges from 1079 - 1136 sq. feet and comes fitted with a King bed, a Queen bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests.

It includes 2 full bathrooms, full Kitchen, 3 TVs (one in each bedroom and one in living room), DVD player, 3 ceiling fans (one in each bedroom and one in living room), washer/dryer in unit, in room safe for valuables, and a balcony/patio to complete the unit.

Elevator and stairs can be accessed.

Parking is available at the on-site garage for $30 per night / per vehicle with in and out privileges. Vehicles must clear 7 ft. in order to park in the garage.

There is no shuttle service to and from the airport. We suggest using Uber or Lyft.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Property was excellent! Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults. If we had been staying longer we would have used the kitchen more , but did appreciate the dishware, etc available in unit. Location of property was perfect for getting to all the cool places in Austin , either walking or by Uber. We enjoyed the outside space as well, although it was extremely windy during our stay. Would def recommend to others and will stay here again if returning to Austin!

Fantastic As Usual

This is our 4th year at this property, which is essentially a Wyndham Timeshare. We are always amazed at how clean it is. As an example, we have used VRBO many many times over the years, and there has NEVER been a kitchen that is completely clean, i.e., some drawer or cabinet has crumbs, etc. The kitchens in these units are SPOTLESS, as if no one had ever stayed there! The location is central, good amenities, walkable restaurants and Whole Foods. We will be back.
