Located within the same fenced-in property, about 15ft behind the Main Home. Both the loft and the main home have separate private entrances and function as distinct, standalone buildings. The loft is available for an additional cost and can be rented separately through its own listing. Please note that the loft may be rented out to a different group during your stay. While it remains fully self-contained with its own entrance, you may encounter other guests if the loft is booked at the same time. If you wish to rent the entire property, including both the main house and loft, please inquire.

Welcomes to our spacious main home, the living area is filled with stylish yet comfortable furnishings and natural light dances through generous windows creating an airy, inviting ambiance.

The fully equipped kitchen beckons for culinary enthusiasts, boasting top-tier appliances and ample space to whip up culinary delights. Dine on our beautiful kitchen island or locally hand-crafted wood dining table and benches. Tea and coffee are provided. A nearby dining area provides a cozy spot for memorable meals or relaxed gatherings. Open our garage door to create the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

ATTN: Coffee Lovers!
Our amazing Fellow Aiden automated pour-over coffee machine will deliver a pour-over experience at the touch of a button. The big difference is that unlike a typical drip-based brewer, it features a highly temperature-controlled showerhead that mimics the process of a traditional pour-over (blooming, etc), but it's still 100% automated. Making coffee is still the same process as a basic drip machine - fill the basket with grounds and hit the button - the machine will handle the rest, except it'll brew the coffee like a professional barista!

Comfort is key in our main house's well-appointed bedrooms, each exuding warmth and thoughtful design. Plush bedding, ample storage, and charming touches including ear plugs and eye masks ensure a restful night's sleep, inviting guests to recharge for another day of exploration. Our living room is supplied with an 82" 4K smart TV, PS4, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ESPN, and Chromecast connected through high-speed wifi internet. Airplay is available making it a perfect setup for work presentations.

Conveniently situated in the middle of East Austin, our home offers easy access to the neighborhood's renowned restaurants (Canje, Franklins BBQ, Bufalina, Intero) , trendy boutiques (Take Heart, Lovecraft), music venues ( Scoot Inn, Hotel Vegas, White Horse, Moody Amphitheater) and grocery (Whole Foods & Target are a 3 minute walk away). **PLEASE READ**
Due to this space being next to a metal scrapyard, there is a chance of noise throughout the week. We do our best with the nearby houses to enforce noise violations after hours but there is nothing that we can do about the early morning noise from the scrapyard. This should be considered if you are a light sleeper, but please keep in mind we provide sound machines, ear-plugs, and eye masks. These are available to mitigate any potential disturbance, please keep in mind the scrapyard operates within regular weekday working hours.

While East Austin is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, it's important to note that, like many urban areas, there is a visible homeless population. However, it's essential to emphasize that these individuals have never posed a threat to our guests. The neighborhood remains safe and our property prioritizes security measures like locks and security cameras to ensure a comfortable and secure stay. We encourage respect and understanding towards all members of the community, and our guests' safety and well-being are our utmost priority.
