About this property

Come enjoy the Gulf at this custom built, very private and beautifully furnished villa located in Venice, aka Shark Tooth capital of the world. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, minutes from Manasota Beach, downtown, shopping and many restaurants.

The home features a private outdoor oasis with a heated saltwater pool and a spacious spa. You can control the pool settings (temp, light, water features) with the provided remote control. The villa is surrounded by lash, mature landscaping and an 8FT privacy fence all around. The pool lights, water features, and waterfall make the patio area feel like a private resort. The patio is completely screened in and has a dining table, TV, pool loungers and sectional couches giving our guests plenty of sitting areas.

The home features the perfect split floor plan for maximum privacy. It is beautifully furnished, well equipped and stacked with everything you need for a memorable stay.
With over 2,100 sq feet of indoor living space, there is room for everyone.

The villa has Brazilian hardwood floors throughout the spacious open floorplan, high ceilings and 3 slider doors to the pool/patio and a large panoramic window in the kitchen, so you can enjoy the calming view of the pool/spa and waterfall.

The modern kitchen features, stone countertops, Jenn-Air stainless-steel appliances (induction cooktop, built in microwave, oven, fridge and a beverage cooler), center island with breakfast bar that seats 3, a coffee/tea station and a breakfast nook. There are small appliances like an Air fryer, crockpot, blender and an electric wine opener, wine glasses etc.

The family room has a 65-inch Smart TV with standard cable 2 comfy couches, games and books. The large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool.

The formal living room has a sleeper sofa and additional sitting. The formal dining room has a large, elegant table and sitting for 6.

The master suite is secluded from the other bedrooms, it has a split King bed with an adjustable base and two separate remote controls, so that each person can choose their favorite sleeping/sitting position. There is even a massage option!!! There is his and her closets and a spacious master bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The large sliding doors lead to the patio/pool area.

The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the house and share the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet.

The second bathroom has a large vanity, a tub/shower combo and a linen closet.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, right behind the kitchen.

Great vacation in a lovely house

A very nice and well equipped house with a lovely a very privat pool area. The kitchen was great, the bathrooms, the living room and the bedrooms. My wife and I had a very nice vacation in the house and we plan to come back the next vacation which is possible to come from Germany. Great Communication with Dorcia. Thank you very much.

Wonderful property and pool

The house and pool area are beautiful, just like the photos. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean and completely stocked. The owners were very responsive. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and spent most of our time in the heated pool.

Attention to detail

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We've stayed at dozens of VRBOs over the years, many of them very nice but this one takes the cake. Dorcia was an amazing host, always responding promptly to messages, super flexible with our accommodations when we possibly needed to remove or add a day, providing an early/late check in/out and most wonderful of all, our flight was delayed 6 hrs and Dorcia offered to get us bananas and coffee creamer. And she did. How incredibly rare and kind for a VRBO owner to do. We arrived late and were greeted not only with those items but a bottle of wine / cheese and crackers. And the amazing experience didn't end there. The place was beautiful / high end appliances / bedding / furnishings / impeccably cared for. My OCD tried to find a flaw and couldn't find one. I had to make a list just to show how incredible it was 1. Every lightswitch labelled 2. Every cupboard labelled 3. Self closing drawers/cupboards 4. QR code for wifi 5. High end appliances 6. Fully stocked kitchenware (even a crockpot) 7. Coffee, Filters, Syrups, Creamer 8. Hardwood floors 9. Mechanical / massaging beds in the master 10. Full cable/streaming services 11. Full beach gear / wagon 12. Easy pool heat / light / feature controls 13. Grill / Lighter 14. Bath spirits 15. Full bathroom necessities (lotions, paper etc) 16. The location is very convenient for exploring the nearby beaches, golfing, downtown Venice, Englewood, Wallen Park, Punta Gorda & Sarasota. A few shopping plazas are just a few minute drive, including Walmart Supercenter, Publix, Target (1 mile), Aldi (3 miles) etc.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of older and new build homes in the heart of the bird's sanctuary, which is home to more than 300 species.

What makes this property unique

Our past guests rave about the beauty and comfort of this villa and appreciate all of the extras that we provide (welcome basket, bath salts, toiletries, beach gear, pool toys, beach towels, the fully stacked kitchen etc.).

It is hard not to fall in love with this home. Everything from the manicured exterior to the elegant interior and the stunning pool area is impressive. We absolutely love the privacy and resort like vibes by the pool.
The house has plenty of areas to relax and unwind and is tastefully furnished and decorated with new, high-quality items.

This is the perfect place for an upscale family or friends' getaway.
Pool and spa heat is included in price, and you get to set your own temperature using the provided remote control. Please note, there is only one heater, so either the pool or the spa can be heated at a certain time.
The split floor plan provides great privacy and plenty of room to spread out.
The master bedroom features a split King bed with an adjustable bedframe & 2 remote controls.
The private outdoor oasis has a Smart TV, and plenty of sitting areas.
The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking, has high-end built-in appliances, a beverage cooler and many small appliances (Air Fryer, crock pot, blender etc.). There is a coffee & tea station, with a single serve Keurig, a traditional coffee machine, electric kettle and a milk frother. We provide coffee, tea sugar etc. (might not be enough for longer stays).
