If you’re searching for your next mountain escape, look no further than this lovely townhome in Park City! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental provides all the necessities for your stay, plus a deck, a gas grill, and access to community amenities. If you’re visiting in the winter, hit the slopes at Park City Mountain/Canyons or Deer Valley Resort. During the summer months, check out hiking trails nearby or explore Utah Olympic Park. End the day relaxing by the fireplace with loved ones.
The well-appointed and decorated townhome is three floors, approximately 2,300 sq. ft, and is super roomy and comfy. Three families can easily stay together while having their own privacy.
On the main floor, there is a spacious family room with a fireplace, TV, large sectional sofa, a nice leather chair and two smaller chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and functional with a dining table that seats 8 plus 4 bar stools for casual eating.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full sized bathroom, a den with another small TV viewing area and futon that can sleep one person and a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom including a stem shower, and another futon that can comfortably sleep one person.
The bottom floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, mudroom, and access to the heated 2-car garage.
Oh, by the way did I mention we have a doggie door to the outside balcony right off the kitchen. Guest access You have access to the entire townhome. There is a community lodge, pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room Other things to note Stunning views of the Olympic Park ski jump out the back deck. We overlook the 30-acre Run Amok Dog Park and nice and quiet, no street noise! Many of the units in Bear Hollow are too close to the busy 224 HWY and noise from the road can be quite loud. Very easy parking with a nice large one car garage and big driveway for more cars which is partially covered for those days when its snowing hard.

Location was fantastic - 5 mins to Utah Olympic Park and 20ish to Deer Valley! Kitchen had more than what we needed and cool appliances like a crock pot and vitamix blender. Great place!
We had an amazing trip at this cozy condo! It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was an added bonus that we got to bring our dog along;) We will definitely be staying here again.
This was the perfect location for our girls weekend visiting the Park City Showcase of Homes. Centrally located with an amazing deck to enjoy quiet evenings. We would stay here again. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with.
My wife and I recently stayed at this Park City townhome for our annual Deer Valley trip. We loved the private Mountain View’s, walking trails through the adjacent dog park, proximity to Whole Foods/shopping and quiet location. Highly recommend.
Great condo with all the comforts of home. Very well equipped, beautiful and cozy. Great location if you have a car. Lots of stairs so may not be suitable for those who have trouble with stairs.
This place has it all- you seriously just need your clothes, toothbrush, and food. Love the phone chargers, well stocked kitchen (with appliances and dishes). Rugs had some dog hairs since pets allowed but still clean.
The condo was in a perfect location for my kids ski training at the Olympic Park venue. The condo was large and very clean. Plenty of room. Communication with the owners was easy. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Since we own a SAAS (software as a service) company, we are able to work from almost anywhere. We travel at least 2 months a year to all different parts of the world. We have swapped homes in London and Paris and loved the experience of living like a local.
Age has taught us that life is more about sharing and exploring and less about possessions. We would like to share our house with others.

Why they chose this property
We just love this area of Park City. We are in the backyard of the Olympic Park, and we have a lot of open areas around us, plus the convenience of Kimball Junction, less than 1 mile away. Travel time from SLC airport to our home is a very reasonable 30 minutes. We like it here both in the summer and winter and of course the fall colors are just beautiful.
