The Craftsman Retreat is nestled in a quiet Heights area close to all the fun and action of Long Beach. Take a 8 minute walk with family to the beautiful Colorado Lagoon to do some bird watching, play at the new playground, or sunbath and swim in the water and grab brunch at Ubuntu restaurant. Marine Stadium, 2nd street or Retro Row are not far off either. Long Beach airport is 10 minutes drive away. CSULB 5 minutes away by car or you can take the bus from a block away. The beach is only 1.5 miles from the home! Long Beach features a great public transit program as well as rentable CITY bikes and rentable electric scooters are dappled around the area. Check out the LB transit Aqualink at the Aquarium of the Pacific for a water tour of Long Beach Harbor. Grab a whale watching tour after an aquarium visit.
