We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Stores and restaurants nearby, so no need for us to cook, but I saw the kitchen had a variety of pans and utensils if I had wanted or needed to do so. Very comfy and cozy, in a quiet neighborhood.

Worked well for us, had everything we needed. We found the bed uncomfortable, but it may be just us being used to a firm mattress vs the lumpy soft mattress. We thought it was nicely located in walking distance of many things - park, shopping, brewery, and the drive-in is a 3-4 minute drive!

We very much enjoyed staying in this cozy cottage while my daughter participated in the WSRHA Reining Horse Show at the Montrose Event Center. It was close to our destination and very close to town, restaurants and grocery stores. It was very clean -the kitchen had what we needed to pack lunches and make several meals. It was very warm and the small air conditioner could not cool the whole house comfortably.The price was too much for the accommodation. We left a day early.

I’m sorry you were uncomfortable in our little cottage. The AC unit, along with the ceiling fan, has been satisfactory for our other guests. Unfortunately, it has been exceptionally hot this summer so perhaps the thermostat needed to be adjusted or set on high. As far as the price you paid, we are very competitive in pricing and are one of lowest priced vacation rentals in the area.
