Very nice condo.
Clean, roomy, well maintained condo. It had pretty much everything you need in the kitchen to cook for your family. Awesome view of the beach. Can’t say enough about how nice the condo was.
The company “book that condo” is who it was through. The first thing that was odd with them is that we had to physically print and sign the rental agreement then scan back to them. They were kind of pushy about doing it quickly to keep our reservations. I was out of town and getting access to a printer wasn’t easy. They wouldn’t accept a signed PDF. Then a few days later they up and changed our condo without so much as asking our input. I sent them an email that went unanswered for a month. Then one day I received a call asking if we had an issue as they just seen my email. The lady sent us two other properties to choose from. So then we had to physically print and sign a new contract.
Tidewater condos is where this is located. They had a couple elevators down. Wait times could take 15 minutes or so to get up/down. They do t allow beach umbrellas in front of the building. This made beach time with our toddler very difficult and really cut down on the amount of time we spent on the beach. They did have lots of amenities if you took time to hunt them out.
Overall, not our cup of tea. That doesn’t mean it’s not yours.
