This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms quaint cottage is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! Nestled in Carillon, in between Panama City Beach & 30A, it is filled with homey decor and beautiful decorations.

Perfectly located less than a 2-minute walk from the private beach access, this gorgeous cottage has everything you will need for your next getaway. The living room features plenty of seating with a couch that has a brand new queen Tempur-pedic sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space! The dining room has seating for 5, at the island in the kitchen. The kitchen is filled with beautiful stainless steel appliances that are perfect for creating a delicious meal that everyone will remember! The master bedroom features a brand new king Tempur-pedic bed with private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom also has private access to the balcony and features a queen-sized bed with plenty of window views. The outside area features a seating area that makes the perfect spot for relaxing outside! There is also a picnic table and seating with an umbrella to make a shaded seating area for sunny days! The front of the cottage also features 2 swings that are perfect for relaxing after a long beach day!

All guests are welcome at the 3 Carillon swimming pools (2 seasonally heated), full-sized basketball courts, tennis courts, playground with playhouse, lawn game areas, and free concerts. Dine, shop, exercise (fitness, yoga, bike, paddle board rentals), and use the full-service salon and spa in “Downtown” Carillon.

**Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes BEFORE arrival. There is a two car limit per reservation.

Friendly Management Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Admittedly, we were a little disappointed with the property. One of the ceiling fans upstairs did not work properly which led to really hot temperatures in that bedroom even at night. The A/C could only be dropped so low without freezing up the unit. There was a very foul odor that was coming from underneath the kitchen sink. Maintenance came to fix it, but the odor remained during our entire stay. It became almost unbearable during the heat of the day because the odor would start to spread throughout downstairs. The property management company was very responsive to our concerns and kept us informed as they tried to find a solution to the issue. Unfortunately, it was something that could not be fixed during our stay which ultimately led to us going home early because we couldn't deal with the smell. The property could use some updating and more regular pest control because we also encountered some water bugs and roaches in the downstairs area. The property is a short walk to the beach access, but it would have been helpful to know that the beach access has stairs only and that made it difficult to get our beach wagon up and down when we went to the beach. The property no longer provides beach chairs and umbrella which is why we had to carry our own stuff. Even though the home is surrounded by much larger homes, we found it to be very quiet which is helpful when trying to put a little one to sleep at night.

Great Destination Spot

Cute little house near beach!!

Wonderful Cottage!

My husband and I loved this cottage! It had everything we needed for a fall getaway. Beautiful property and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella were great! We love Carillon Beach, and this property is a place we will stay again.

Cutest cottage in Carillon

Absolutely loved this property and the entire community. We fell in love with Carillon Beach and have already booked our trip for next year. Can’t recommend this community and this property enough!
