Kathleen is wonderful to work with. A Women’s touch with nice welcome and goodies upon arrival. King Bed is soooo comfy and the Condo is well furnished with everything to make your stay feel like home. Highly recommend😊

Fabulous 6 week stay

In a word fabulous! Great location. Very clean, comfortable and fully equipped condo. Host was wonderful. Met me at property when I arrived and showed me around. Very responsive when I had a question. Would highly recommend!

Kathy’s Place

I loved my away from home “home”! It was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were up-to-date, and all appliances were in excellent condition. Kathy is a wonderful person and made frequent checks to insure that all was well. I highly recommend this property. All amenities were easily accessible and clean also.

Amazing stay and host

The property was extremely clean and organized. Host provided everything and then some. She is super responsive and kind, went over and beyond for us. The unit is perfect and in a very good location. Amenities are amazing. Everything was explained and communicated fully. We were so grateful and appreciate all that Kathleen did to make sure our stay was comfortable and convenient.

Our host was terrific. When we arrived she was there to show us around and get to know the place. Kathleen was very attentive to our needs and even purchased an air fryer to help us with meal preparation. On a couple of rainy days she sent us some ideas of what we could do to keep ourselves entertained. The condo was very clean met our needs. The condo complex was great; the swimming pool and weight room were so very very nice. I would give our host Kathleen a ten out of ten! Highly recommend.

Sun and bath

We had five absolutely fantastic weeks here in this nice apartment where everything you needed was there. The pool area was great where we spent a lot of time. It was walking distance to shops and nice walking paths. The host was absolutely wonderful, helpful with just about everything. We can definitely imagine returning to this nice apartment. Terrific Scottsdale Accomodation

Accommodations were excellent and as described--extremely clean, bed comfy, well-furnished and appliances all in good working order. Complex was gated and secure and in a great location close to many of Scottsdale's restaurants, shopping areas and attractions. Complex clubhouse, gym and pools were well maintained and easily accessible. Kathleen was genuinely caring about her guests and very responsive to any questions we had checking in with us on occasion. She met us at check-in and toured the unit with us and provided a start-up kit of household supplies and toiletries and some food goodies. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation and hope to re-visit in the future. Jim and Marlene
