Everything for a great stay.

Great condo in a nice quiet complex walking distance to Kierland shopping centre with nice stores and great restaurants. Condo was well equipped and newly updated. Pool area and BBQs were close but not too close. No pool noise. We were there in November and the snow birds were arriving from the north. Not crowded. Great for a couple.

I am a Az Realtor, that rents out my own property. We live 45 min from this condo, and take pride in our extra N Scottsdale Condo. If anything were to go wrong, we could be there quickly. When our condo is not rented out we go stay in it, as the Mr. works 5 min from the condo.

Why they chose this property

This property is the only one we have, and take very good care of it. We manage it ourselves, as well as clean it after every guest, to make sure everything is perfect. It is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the heated pool and hot tub. It is a ground level and the 1 covered parking space and multiple others are super close to the unit.

What makes this property unique

Gated community, toward the back of the small complex, heated pool and hot tub, exercise room, club house, very quiet Condo. Full size washer and dryer and major appliances.
