Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Newly remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 full bath home with open floor plan. Master bedroom (king bed) and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Queen bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full). Refreshing pool can be heated and outdoor area are screened in. Canal behind the home for added privacy from neighbors.

House is close to Sams Club, Walmart Supercenter, Port Charlotte Town center and many other stores. Great local and franchise restaurants are just down the street; Prime Serious Steak, Chick Fil A, Donato's Italian Restaurant are just to name a few. Fishermans village provides food, drinks and great live music every night.

Brand new "Sunseeker Resort" is a great place for the whole family! Located water front on the Bay it's wrapped around with walking paths, golf and spectacular views. Spend a day in one place where you can shop, play golf, swim in spectacular pool or relaxing at the spa!

Fort Myers with all of its entertainment is only 30 minutes away! Play at Top Golf, visit Seashell Museum and don't forget to eat some amazing food at our favorite Hot Pot!

Winter getaway

The place was very comfortable. If any problems or questions the host responded fast. The pool was nice to have fenced in yard. The house was convenient torestaurants and tourist places that we wanted to see.Nice location. Saw a family of Raccoons in the Palm trees outside the fence

Spring trip

The house was very nice and up to date on the inside and very homey. We had everything we needed and the host was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The location was perfect, literally minutes from everything in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.
