From the moment you walk in the front door, you will immediately take notice of the home's art-splashed interior. The open living room boasts comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming granite countertops, and many nifty gadgets. When it's time to eat, gather around the formal dining table with the people you love the most.
A haven of utter peace, the primary bedroom is expansive and bright. Here, you'll have access to both an enormous walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom complete with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The home's additional bedrooms are just as inviting with their plush linens, pleasant decorations, and central air-conditioning. When you don't want to shower, the guest bathroom boasts a luxurious soaking tub.
A true focal point of Casa D’Arte is the expansive lanai and private pool. Curate wonderful memories here while enjoying drinks around the bar, dining alfresco with the people you love the most, or swimming in the pool's warm waters. Pool toys are also available for everyone's enjoyment.
Away from your stay, Larry Taylor Kiwanis Park, Escape Port Charlotte, Ollie's Pond Park, Port Charlotte Beach Park, Center for the Performing Arts, and Heron Creek Golf & Country Club are all less than 10 miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking, parties, or burning of candles are permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $32 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
Wireless internet and a printer are provided for your convenience.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
