Fireside Lodge 310 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the corner of the building, situated right in the heart of the village with extremely easy access to ski-in/ski-out and close to the elevator so loading and unloading is convenient. From the large private balcony, you'll have a great view of Mt. Tod across the way and the village down below.
This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room. There is a large wall mounted flat screen TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Even though this home can sleep up to 8, it's still a great affordable option for a family, too!
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
