PGA WEST HAS ZERO TOLERANCE WITH TRASH/RECYCLING-ALL TRASH/RECYCLING MUST BE IN BINS. WE DO NOT PERMIT GOLF CART RENTALS DUE TO INSURANCE REASONS.

Great unit & location. Everything was as listed & our check in was very easy. Management company was very responsive. Enjoyed it so much we rented it again next year.

this condo was everything we had hoped for and more the hosts were great and thought of every convenience you could imagine , the kitchen was fully stocked with every device you could need and they even supplied dog supplies like water and food dishes ( which we didn't use but we appreciated the thought as it indicated our dog izzy was truely welcome!) most everything in the condo seemed brand new and we had no issues through our stay. We really enjoyed the location on the golf course and the neighborhood pool is right next door so it was like our own private pool without and responsibility to maintain it ! Perfect! we will definitely return !! great place and marvelous hosts !! thanks for allowing us a refuge from winter in michigan !

We're a family from the PNW who discovered the relaxing Coachella Valley during one of our escapes from the gloomy, rainy winters. When we're not in the desert or at the coast, we're living busy lives with our daughters and our three rescue greyhounds + Jack Russell terrier in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.

Why they chose this property

The views... oh those views! We love how Casa Lily lives like a detached home where the garage has direct entry to the home (so no carrying groceries outside). Plus, lots of privacy around the home. We love the large private walled/gated courtyard for our doggies. We love the high ceilings and very large windows/doors that provide for those stellar panoramic views of the mountains, golf course, water, and sunsets from within the home. And, we love the resort-style living of PGA West. Casa Lily is exactly what we'd like to live in when the opportunity presents itself down the road.
