The property is ideally located. The trolly stop is at the front door. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. If stairs are an issue for you, it might be a problem. We wanted for nothing. Check in and check out were seamless. Would definitely stay again.
Delightful house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Eureka Springs. We were there for the Great Passion Play, which is indescribable. Hope to be back again.

The perfect house to stay in while in Eureka Springs!
We loved staying in the Bodie House. It was very clean and comfortable and the perfect location along Spring Street - our favorite part of town. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved all the detail and Victorian charm of the Bodie and there was great communication from the owner.

This historic cottage on a shady street is the perfect place for a couple's getaway. We stayed for a week to celebrate our anniversary, and were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and spa. Unforgettable.

My adult daughter and I stayed a few days in this wonderful, vintage property. The location was perfect. Just far enough away for quiet but easily walkable to town. The home served our needs perfectly. It is very cute and decorated with the theme of the town in mind. It is a very peaceful and cozy home and we can highly recommend a stay here!

Cute Victorian home
The Bodie House is beautiful and comfortable. The stairs can be a little treacherous, as they are pretty steep. Overall it is a great location and very cute home!
