Remote work dream. Main level master and office setup perfect for remote work while the family enjoys skiing on Sunlight Ski area only 5 miles, or venture to Aspen only 46 miles away. Enjoy the world famous Glenwood Springs hot springs, Aspen ski areas, mountain festivals or any of the other events this mountain town has to offer, hiking, spelunking, rafting, world class fly-fishing. Then enjoy family time around the fireplace while enjoying a home cooked meal from your own kitchen, eat on the spacious deck with gorgeous views or in the dining area while the fireplace provides mountain comfort.

While visiting our house, please abide by the following rules to be a good neighbor:
-Parking not allowed on street. 2 vehicles can park in garage and max of 2 more in the driveway.
-In order to be a good neighbor, we have to require and enforce a noise ordinance after 10 pm. Please keep noise down especially outside after 10 pm.
