Nice location for a boat, but it's a bit of a ride out to the river from the house dock. Close and convenient to CRW. Nice and convenient to the shops and restaurants in Crystal River. Good parking for a trailer. Great yard for a dog with full fencing.

Property is perfectly located close to the dive shops in Crystal River. The home was clean, cozy and has a beautiful backyard on a canal with screened in porch. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect scalloping getaway

This place has everything you need if you want to take your own boat scalloping. It has a dock and boat launch nearby, and is easy to get to where you want to be. It was clean, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Family getaway

We enjoyed the stay and having the kayaks was a nice add on that we took advantage of. We took advantage of the fishing dock and caught an assortment of fish, crab and stingray. Close to everything.. would recommend!!

Weekend getaway with kids and grandkids

We had a great time and the weather was amazing. The use of the kyayks was very convenient. Loved the screened room, firepit and the doc access for fishing. This was a great place for all of us to be in one place, thank you.

Great location

We stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful time. Brought our boat down and enjoyed every minute. Only had a problem with one of the propane tanks leaking but the owner took care of it right away, The only recommendations I would leave is to create a hard copy check in and out manual for guest. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful house, great location

First time in the Nature Coast of Florida. This is the perfect base from which to explore the area. House is situated on a placid, lovely canal. Kayaks provided. The house is lovingly decorated, increasing the pleasure of staying here. Communication with Jennifer was easy, with prompt responses.

Wonderful home! Room enough for 9 adults and a dog. Anything you might need is provided. Home was clean and great for cooking and relaxing. Loved having the kayaks and the fire pit. Jennifer was wonderful and great to communicate with. If you ever visit Crystal River you must stay here!

Fun getaway

Very nice home. We had everything we needed. Loved that it had a dock for our pontoon. So much fun exploring. One branch over the dock needs to be cut. It’s in your face when you dock. Other than that all good.

Lovely home close to the springs and everything else!

We are leaving this lovely home this morning, and taking in our last moments here on the lovely lanai. The backyard is so lovely and serene and the trees and the water that runs behind the house is picturesque. We spent two days exploring the bay and springs and there many restaurant options very close by. This turned out to be the perfect location for our needs. The owner of the house, Jenn, could not have been more responsive to any questions and needs. We would recommend this home to friends and family.

Wedding

Came for the wedding of our daughter who was married at the Florida state archaeologic state park right around the corner. The location was perfect and we were able to have a lovely pre-rehearsal breakfast at the VRBO on the day of the wedding as the rehearsal dinner the night before was totally discombobulated by late flights. The hostess was very attentive, and took care of any problems that we had immediately.

Great Location to kyak in quiet channels of Crystal River

We loved the area, and unit was super clean and roomy with everything we needed including kyaks, life jackets, and paddles for them. we had a fenced yard for our sm. dogs. We recommend that you rent a pontoon if you want to really experience the whole area. We rented one for 350 for all day at the State Park called Crystal River, I think. It was like really close to this house, like out the road to main road, left then Left again to the park . No pets on the pontoon though fyi. We found the channel this house is on from there easily and stopped in for lunch at this house. Have Fun, the owner is also great to work with. It has a large garage for your car or stuff too. I would not try to kyak to 3 sisters , a bit too far, but loved, to kyak for an hour or 2 all over the channels. they all go out to Crystal River but we didnt want to go that far.

We stayed for the weekend to see the manatees. The canal and dock were so convenient for our boat, especially for the proximity to the launch. The house was very comfortable and accommodating for our family and our fiends. Being dog friendly was a huge plus!

Wunderschönes Ankommen im Urlaub

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt nichts was man auf den beiden Stockwerken vermissen könnte. Es gibt im Haus sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockener, welche beide benutzt werden können. Das Haus hat Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und die Terrasse ist Überdacht und auch mit Fliegengitter versehen. Der Grill ist toll und es war super, dass man direkt mit den dazugehörigen Kajaks paddeln gehen konnte. Die Möbel und die Elektrogeräte waren alle sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Jennifer war stets sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und können es nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank

This property is located in quiet neighborhood on the water with close proximity to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and even some big chain options like Home Depot all within <5 mile drive. Very convenient for both relaxing without sacrificing the convenience of civilization!

I love Crystal River for the crystal clear water, manatees, and all the springs to explore nearby. It also is in close proximity to the surrounding areas of:
- Inverness, which has many biking and outdoor exploration options as well as a cute downtown area active with events
- Dunnellon, which has Rainbow River a 2-3 hour tube floating adventure
- Homosassa, which has a little zoo with a lot of history and Florida wildlife and monkey island
