Fall in love with beach scenery and coastal ambiance in this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. This luxury unit is found on the 14th floor at the Long Beach Resort. Sparkling floor to ceiling windows compliment a beach-themed décor and carefully selected furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals with plenty of cookware and utensils. A furnished private balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze while you take in an unforgettable view of the Gulf Coast. This charming condo on the beach will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Construction Notice – Reduced Rates During This Time

Beginning August 4, 2025, a property-wide construction project will be underway. Guests can expect daytime noise and temporary closures of pools and balconies. Rates have been reduced to reflect this. Walkways will remain open during scheduled pressure washing and repairs. Please use caution and follow posted signage.
Work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM (with possible Sunday work)

Walkway Schedule:
• Floors 14–11: August 18 – September 4, 2025
• Floors 10–6: September 5 – September 24, 2025
• Floors 5–1: September 25 – October 14, 2025

Pool Closures:
• East Pool: August 28 – November 28, 2025

• Center Pool: November 28, 2025 – January 30, 2026

The condo was just like the listing on the website. Only thing that could be changed is the shower/bathtub. It is has a very high step over that could cause someone to fall. Overall, the condo was amazing and the views from the balcony was amazing as well. We were in walking distance to everything we needed to do.

Little slice of paradise

We stayed for a full week and the condo met all of our expectations! Beautiful views and we lived the balcony. Close to shopping, dining and the Publix Sports Plex. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Little Piece of paradise

Absolutely loved this condo and location. The view is absolutely beautiful. Only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars are small little things. The outdoor seating could use some updating (4 plastic Adirondack chairs currently) and the cookware could use a fresh set. Even if those things don’t get updated I will book again in this condo. Location is great. Right on the beach and in the heart of a lot of great restaurants and shopping( Walmart just across the street). Would recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on vacation in PCB. I think the only thing we would've liked better were the chairs in the balcony. They were very uncomfortable. But other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Love this resort , condo needs update new mattress n sheets needed along with sliding doors hard to open bed lighting in condo n had a leak walked on wet living room floor for two days got interrupted two times with maintenance one time early we were still in bed. But if those things were rectified we’d stay there again very nice location oh hate the shower , tub set up hard for older people.

Overall vacation was great!! Condo furniture is OLD and OUTDATED!!!! Living room, bed room and balcony furniture need to be replaced and updated!!!! Balcony does not have a table. TV's are very small. Cable only works in the Living room. Outside of Condo, Panama City Beach is a great vacation spot.

THE CONDO IS PERFECT FOR JUST A COUPLE, THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN IS GORGEOUS, A COUPLE OF THINGS ONLY 1 HUGE KNIFE, ( MICHAEL MYERS SIZE ), NO STEAK KNIVES, BUY A BAG OF ICE, NO ICE MAKER, ICE TRAYS ARE IN THE PANTRY. HOWEVER !!!! IT WAS A VERY GOOD VACATION, AND YES I WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN....

Relax

The condo was perfect. We love staying at the Long Beach Resort. Less crowded and close to Pineapple Willys so you can walk for lunch. The only real complaint would be the sliding glass doors are quite difficult to open. My husband would have to let me in and out bc I couldn’t open it. Also ladies if you have a lot of hair to dry bring your own hairdryer theirs is like on a constant low setting and would take forever to dry your hair if you have really long hair. But overall it was very clean and comfortable and the easiest checkin process!! We will definitely be back!!

This will be a great room when it's actually completed

Over all no real issues for a father and son weekend. If I had brought my wife or anyone else we would Have had to complain about the drywall work unfinished and not painted, the balcony had bird poop everywhere and had not been cleaned. They did offer to come clean it but with no working safe we just stayed away from those areas. The table on the patio was so rusted more of it was on the floor then what was left of the actual table. To be fair it was a new listing for them that just wasn't ready and I was the 1st person to rent it I believe, maybe the second. Again they were more then willing to handle any issues but we declined because it was a man trip and I didn't have a safe to store my valuables. The bed was very comfortable! The property was amazing. It's our third time staying at Longbeach and it has the longest beach I believe in PBC. I'm sure the issues have been resolved and I would rent with extreme confidence.

Nice but need updates

Cleaning crew did a horrible job. Toothpicks on the nightstand. Blood stains on the comforter. Broken acrylic nail under bed. Mirror under bar very dirty. Had a pretty bad leak. Maintenance took care of promptly. Am concerned for Owner for overall potential subfloor damage. Water seeping very bad between grout in vanity area (left side sink) when you step there. Balcony dirty with metal debris from table all over. Felt for requirements of the renter, owner (or representatives of) does not hold up to their own standards. Entire condo in dire need of upgrades and better cleaning staff.
