With private beach access, ocean wildlife views, and a cozy interior anchored by a real brick fireplace, this home is ideal for couples, families, and dog lovers looking to unwind.

The living space is warm and inviting, with a fireplace stocked with included wood, and large windows framing ocean views. Outside, the deck overlooks the water — perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. There’s also an outdoor fire pit with Muskoka chairs (seasonal fire bans apply).

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms: a king with ensuite, a queen, and a room with two double beds — all on a single level with just one step from the driveway. The kitchen is updated and includes a server’s window to the dining area. The bathroom shows its age, but the home is clean, well-stocked, and full of character.
