About this property

Everything about this townhome is top of the line, first class, and immaculate clean. This is a 5 bedroom with 4.5 bath at the Windsor Island Resort.

This unit has a private pool that can be well used by the whole family, kids, and friends. Our beds have very comfortable mattress and pillows for you to rest after a long day in one of the theme parks. For your convenience, we also provide linens and towels. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for use. The bathrooms are stocked with amenities for your personal need, but only for the first days. The house also has Cable TV and wi-fi internet.

Conveniently located, this house is only 15 minutes from Disney World. Groceries stores, Restaurants, and Gas Stations are just around the corner. It is also walking distance to the Club House.

New Clubhouse just open with pools, sliders, gym, basketball and sand volleyball court, miniature golf and corn hole area and much more for you to enjoy your vacation.

By the time of your check-in, the house will be clean for you and your family. Daily cleaning is offered, however can be done for an extra fee.

Home okay. Resort is nice.

The Windsor resort is very nice. We loved the pool, waterslides, and lazy river. Location of the resort is close to groceries, shopping, and all of the common tourist activities in Orlando. The townhome location is nice as you can walk to the clubhouse. The house is NOT a premium brand new townhome as it says in the listing. The carpet was stained all over and there were marks on the walls. The couch in the living room pulls apart, there is artwork of a topless woman in one of the bedrooms, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and there was a broken chair out near the pool. We were honestly disappointed when we first walked in. But overall it was adequate for the week. You will need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent, and dish towels for the week. There are only two towels per bedroom and no extra blankets so keep that in mind. Make sure you take time to examine all the towels, bedding, and property and report anything that is stained, ripped, broken or seems amiss. One of my young children didn’t report that one of her towels was ripped and so now we are being charged for a ripped towel that we didn’t rip. Communication with the owner was timely and she answered all my questions. We just disagree about the towel. I would stay at this resort again, just not this house unless it had newer carpet, fresher paint, and more linens and amenities.

We stayed only for two days so it was fine but if you plan on staying longer please see review: NO dish towels, no wash cloths, one roll of paper towels, one tiny packet of dishwasher detergent, one roll of TP per bathroom, no extra garbage bags, and no extra blankets. Two towels per bedroom. Master bed was comfy, Star Wars room had broken bed frames, mattress in upstairs rooms were not very comfy. Says it was brand new but there were carpet stains all over and marks on the walls. Light was hanging out in kitchen, stair handle pulled away from the wall, ice machine wasn’t working properly, the couch splits in family room, nothing in the bathrooms at all except one roll of TP(not one amenity), and the vacuum didn’t work properly. There were ants in the kitchen and literally basic dishes(plates, cups and silverware). No wine opener. Found syringes in kitchen cupboard. One tiny container of dish soap but no dish towels. Not one cleaning supply. Just be prepared to bring all those items. The communication was good with owner until last day. We got no check out instructions. The resort is right behind the house and you can walk which was wonderful! The resort pool and grill were excellent. The gym and game room were good and the mini golf. It is in a great location. Close to Disney and the grocery store/CVS. We ordered pizza from Mia Pizza and it was delicious. There’s a Starbucks close and IHOP. Kitchen felt new but needs more supplies. Enough space for 11 of us.
