Adirondack Whiteface Mtn Retreat

Rate quote is for 5 bedrooms/3 bath total. Spacious 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment with gourmet kitchen located on ground floor of main house and Entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom guest house. Beautifully decorated with large screen TV's, air conditioning, internet and Roku cable. Sleeps maximum 14 people with pull out bed and fold out bed.
The space.
Very large and spacious. Large dining area to gather with plate service for 14 people.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire ground level of main house and entire guest house, barbecue areas and fire pits, hiking, snow shoe, and cross country trails.
Other things to note
If you care for any fresh eggs just let us know and we will provide them. We supply the first round of firewood then you can purchase wood along the road going towards town.

Adult weekend away

Beautiful house we had rented for an adult weekend away. Everything was great although it was uncomfortable with home owner there most the time

I’m glad you thought our house was beautiful and everything was great for your two night stay. The website clearly states that you may see us come to the property, but we do not sleep at the property when we have guests. Our rules state NO parties. If your group felt uncomfortable because they couldn’t turn our home into a nightclub then clearly you picked the wrong rental. Your part of the reason Airbnb’s are getting zoned out of our small towns. Best wishes to the next owner, who becomes a victim of your unfair review.

Childless weekend

A group of 8 stayed comfortably at this property. Grounds were lovely and we spent an afternoon in Lake Placid. Only concern was no service outside of the property's wifi range which can be a little off putting if you aren't familiar with the area.

A spacious and extremely well-kept home, very conducive to our extended family and baby. Access to local venues for hiking, biking and shopping was easy. The property itself was charming with lots of space for parking. There were staples stocked in the refrigerator and cupboards that made the stay very easy for a big family with a busy schedule for a wedding. Would come back here anytime!!

Adventurous High Peaks Vacation

Beautiful place and the location was perfect. We rented the main house and the apartments, which was perfect for our group. This place was very cozy and supplies all the bed linens, towels and also soap and shampoo. The kitchens are stocked with everything you would need. The owner is very nice and accomodating. There is so much to see and do near-by. There's hiking trails right from the property. We had a bonfire, went to Whiteface Mountain which is near and rode on the gondola. Went to Lake Placid, ate, shopped and visited the Olympic Center and saw the ice rinks,etc. which was interesting. Kids went cliff jumping , hiking, white-water rafting and swimming. A lot to see and do and your in the High Peaks with mountains all around . There are stores and restaurants near by also. Everyone had a great time. Wanted to do more but ran out of time.
