Stay comfortably in Wilmington at this newly built 4-bedroom house. The perfect spot for families or groups, it features 2 queen beds, a bunk bed, a futon, and a full bed to suit everyone’s needs. Guests can refresh in any of the 4 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and/or bathtub. The tranquil setting invites you to relax after a day of exploring. The home's location is in a quiet residential community, therefore we request no parties please.
This home represents the Adirondack theme in every way. After you enter the home through the three-season porch, you will be in the large, well-equipped kitchen - with a coffee bar and wine fridge. The dining room table seats eight comfortably, and there is counterspace with stools for six more guests. The open floor plan allows those in the kitchen to enjoy the company of other guests at the table and in the living room area by the fireplace.
The views from the great room are spectacular. The deck, accessible from the great room and main entry, is a wonderful place to enjoy the mountain landscape.

We live in Cambridge, NY and this Wilmington house is our second home. We built this home ourselves, and are looking forward to sharing it with those who appreciate its splendour. We enjoy spending time there with friends and family - walking, swimming at the beach, kayaking, cross country skiing and just enjoying the view.
