Convenient!!

Great middle ground for if you wanna do both, the beach and the city/bars. Very easy to get around using Ubers. The house was bigger than I expected and was very comfortable. Quiet, clean and beautiful!!!

A Great Place to Stay!

Sue's place was clean and spacious. The beds, WIFI, and showers were great. We made all of our meals with ease, as if we were at home. Sue responded instantly when ever we got in touch. If you need a 3-bedroom place, this is it!

Working vacation

Sue was fantastic throughout the process—having an owner/property manager like her is utterly refreshing! Beds were oh so comfy (this night shift girl doesn’t normally sleep well and I was out for hours!), good water pressure in showers and the kitchen had everything needed for a long stay. Having laundry on site and beach items was an added bonus for us! Neighbors could be a little loud (up until 10 so it’s a MINIMAL concern if you’re not getting up at 4am!) but I hope to book with Sue again for more trips! We worked in Bradenton, Sarasota and Dunedin, enjoyed PAG, Treasure Island and SPB and met friends just off the Howard Frankland during our stay and I absolutely can’t complain about ease of access to 275!
