It was a cute unit with lots of history. the owner Patrick shared a bit about what the house was back in the day. It's located in a very accessible area to downtown Rochester and Highland Park and plenty of off street parking. Never had an issue with that. The kitchen was well stocked too. The internet was very fast and reliable. I'd come back and stay again.

Fantastic stay! The apartment had everything we needed, was absolutely spotless, and was very charming with all of the original character kept even though it’s been updated to have all the modern amenities.
