CASA ANTONIA: Calm and idyllic finca with pool, top equipment and coastal views

7000m2 plot, 230 m2 living space plus terraces and outdoor kitchen.

Built in 2002, modern house with great comfort in a beautiful landscape. It is located near the sea and popular beaches. The house has a pool (4 x 8 m) and a fantastic panoramic view of the coast and mountains and receives sun all day.

The house Casa Antonia is located on a plot of 7000 square meters, 200 m away from the road via a path. Due to the elevated position on a slope rising from the sea, you have a wide panoramic view of the green landscape and the entire coast between Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor. The whole area has a rural character, no neighbors guarantee absolute tranquility.

The property is fenced and largely covered with old fruit trees (oranges and lemons). A garden with ornamental shrubs, stones and old field equipment has been lovingly created around the newly built house. The house receives sun all day long. Casa Antonia has a wide driveway with parking for 3 to 4 cars. Right next to the house, a covered summer kitchen was built with a brick grill and stone oven.

The 230 m2 of living space are spread over 2 floors: downstairs living room with sofa and seating area in front of the open fireplace and satellite TV, separate dining table with space for 10 people, large kitchen, modernly equipped, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 full bath. In front of the living room with a view of the sea, the terrace (partially covered and providing shade) with the pool (3 x 6 m). Beach chairs and garden furniture available. On the 1st floor 4 further bedrooms, very spacious, each with a double bed or single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables. Some of the bedrooms have access to the terrace on the 1st floor with a view of the sea. 2 more full baths with tub / shower, toilet, sink. All rooms have large windows, are tastefully decorated with beautiful wooden furniture, pictures with landscape motifs, house plants.

The house is very well insulated and has oil central heating with radiators in all rooms(extra cost 30,00 €/night). Good and warm duvets are also included in winter.

Family Trip

We stayed 12 days at the Finca with three familys. There was enough space and we felt comfortable. However, the finca could be better cleaned and it was not very safty for todlers around the pool. The pool had a lot of chemicals in it, so our clothers/swimsuits were yellow at the end of the stay.

Schöne ruhige Lage. Die Aussenküche ist zwar rustikal aber der Holzofen ist schon etwas besonderes. Danke dafür. Die Küche könnte etwas besser austgestattet sein. Besteck, Mixer, Waage oder ein Messbecher. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Objekt mieten. Nach den Regenfällen in der Vorwoche gab es ein Problem mit der Holztüre. Das wurde aber kurzfristig vom Schreiner erledigt.

Zu sechs für sechs Tage und sehr zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Für sechs Personen war es über alle Maßen großzügig. Auch mit mehr Leuten wäre es bestimmt schön gewesen. Auch nach fast einem Jahr ist uns besonders der tolle Zitronen und Orangengarten in Erinnerung geblieben.

Tolle Finca, absolute Ruhe, Riesengrundstück

Wir waren mit insgesamt 11 Personen für eine Woche in der Finca. Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück, komplett eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts... ca. 10 Autominuten bis Cala Millor, umgeben nur von anderen Fincas, von denen man nichts mitbekommt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen: Die Wasserversorgung war teils wirklich gruselig. Duschen manchmal nicht möglich, Klospülungen gingen nur temporär. Wir haben das gemeldet und es ist auch sofort jemand gekommen der uns den Grund erklärt hat, beheben konnte man das Problem nicht. Toll wäre, wenn man die Fenster mit Mückengittern ausstatten könnte, da man aufgrund fehlender Klimaanlage mit offenen Fenstern schlafen muss! Trotzdem würden wir die Finca weiterempfehlen.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft auf idyllischem Grundstück

Wir waren für fünf Nächte in dieser schönen und sauberen Unterkunft und haben uns sofort verliebt. Der Platz ist für uns ausreichend gewesen. Alle Zimmer waren bestens ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist zwar etwas hellhörig, aber uns hat das nicht besonders gestört. Wir freuen uns diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben und werden sicherlich noch viele Male zurück kommen. Vielen Dank auch an die Gastgeber, die uns sogar was in den Kühlschrank gestellt hatten, weil wir so spät angekommen sind. Und vielen Dank an den freundlichen und sehr informativen Empfang durch Herrn Klett. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt!

Super Urlaub in toller Finca !!!

Wir waren Anfang August für (viel zu kurze) 10 Tage mit insg. 3 Familien (6 Erw. und 5 Kinder) zu Gast in dieser schönen Finca. Das Haus ist toll. Die Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtet, 3 Bäder zum verteilen, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles wirkt freundlich, hell und sauber. Die Lage ist einmalig; es ist ruhig, man hört lediglich die Hühner, Schafe und Grillen und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die tolle Landschaft mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Auch der saubere Pool lädt ein zur Wasserschlacht. Vom Verwalter - Herrn Klett - wurden wir zur Finca gebracht und es wurde alles erläutert. Ca. jeden 3. Tag kam jemand vorbei und kümmerte sich um Garten und Pool - ganz unauffällig und dezent. Und letztlich haben wir auch noch die sehr nette Besitzerin der Finca - Antonia - kennen gelernt, die uns zur Begrüßung am ersten Tag eine leckere "Ensaïmada de Mallorca" ins Haus hat bringen lassen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wir waren im vergangenen Herbst mit 10 Personen eine Woche in der Casa Antonia. Es war traumhaft schön, der Verwalter war überaus zuverlässig und kompetent. Die Hausbesitzer haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und verabschiedet. Die Finca bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen und komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen wieder!!! Vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub!

Wir (2 Ki., 4 Erw.) waren im Juni 2010 auf Mallorca und durften zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Finca verbringen. Bei Ankunft waren wir sofort von der Finca, dem traumhaften Meerblick und dem Pool begeistert. Zwei schöne Wochen folgten und wir konnten von Son Servera die Westküste sehr gut entdecken. Wer mit Kindern anreist sollte ein gutes Augenmerk auf seine Liebsten richten, da der Pool nicht umzäunt ist!! Ein unbemerktes Abtauchen ist schnell geschehen. Ansonsten haben wir viel Spass in diesem gepflegten Pool gehabt. Die Möblierung und die Bäder waren gut und entsprechen dem Preis-Leistungs-Niveau. Die Poolliegen könnten vielleicht vor Saisonstart etwas mehr gepflegt werden und ggf. die Auflagen gewechselt werden. Schön war auch der Empfang mit einer superleckeren Ensaimdes, die vom Verwalter in den Kühlschrank als Überraschung gestellt worden war. Ich würde diese Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Traumhafte Finca in toller Lage!

Wir (8 Erwachsene) haben wahnsinnig erholsame Ferien in dieser Finca verbracht. Sowohl Ausstattung als auch Lage lassen im Prinzip keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist: Falls man mit zehn Personen anreist, wird es u.U. mit den Poolliegen etwas knapp, da "nur" sechs Liegen vorhanden waren. Allerdings muß man sagen, dass die Terrasse mit mehr Liegen auch ein wenig "überladen" wäre. Aber dass alle Urlauber gleichzeitig am Pool liegen kommt wahrscheinlich eher selten vor. Aber wie gesagt - diese Finca ist wirklich toll und wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder kamen am 10.07.09 auf der Finca an, wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sofort in das Haus verliebt. Alle fanden ein Schlafzimmer in dem es sich träumen ließ, aber zum Schlafen war erstmal keine Zeit! Alt und Jung mussten so viel erkunden - das Haus, den Garten, den Pool und das riesige Areal. Die Küche ließ, wie der Rest des Hauses, keine Wünsche offen und es gab nichts, was es nicht gab! Wir waren 3 Wochen lang absolut der Magie dieser wunderschönen Finca verfallen, zehren heute noch von den Erinnerungen und kehren sicher wieder einmal zurück! Vielen lieben Dank für die absolut unaufdringliche und herzliche Gastfreundschaft die wir genießen durften!!!

Alles Bestens!

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben dort zwei schöne Wochen verbracht mit zwei Familien und insgesamt 9 Personen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind die Touristenzentren sehr schnell zu erreichen! Haus war auch sauber (ein paar Probleme gibt es mit Ameisen, aber das ist auf Mallorca nicht ungewöhnlich)! Betreuung vor Ort war angenehm und unkompliziert. Bei Familienurlaub müßte man aber darauf achten, dass der Pool zwischen 1,20 - 1,50 m tief ist und damit für Kleinkinder nur begrenzt geeignet ist. Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Die weiteren Angaben des Vermieters treffen auch zu!

Einmalig schön

Wir waren im Sommer 2007 mit der kompletten Familie (Kinder und Schwiegerkinder) dort und haben einen gemeinsamen Urlaub anläßlich unserer Silberhochzeit verlebt. Auch dank dieser wunderschönen Finka war es ein voller Erfolg. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war hervorragend. Aber vollends begeistert hat uns der super gepflegte Zustand des Hauses. Nach einer Woche eine äußerst gründliche Zwischenreinigung durch ein sehr sehr nettes spanisches Ehepaar, dass sich nach kurzer Unterhaltung als das Eigentümer-Ehepaar herausstellte. Die Finca hat wirklich alles, was man für einen ungezwungenen Urlaub benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir sind ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Ach ja, wenn wirklich mal etwas sein sollte (bei uns eine defekte Liege), man muss es nur einmal sagen und Ersatz kommt sofort.

Sehr gut gepflegte Finca

Sehr gut gepflegte Finca, in ruhiger Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort von Son Severa (mit dem Auto ca. in 5 min. erreichbar). Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort durch den Verwalter. Rund um können wir die Finca nur empfehlen.
