This is a new Airbnb listing managed by a super host with excellent ratings. This condo provides ample space to families or groups with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a large living room. It is located on a nice quiet street that's a 2 mins walk to Seaside Park and the Long Island sound, right next to UB's campus, and a 5-10 mins drive to a vibrant restaurant and bar scene. The home is also within 2 mins walking to the newly built Hartford Amphitheater and Webster Arena.

Could have been better

The day that we were supposed to check in, I didn't receive any instructions and had to call the owner. He didn't realize that there was a reservation through the Instant Booking option. However, he did provide us with accommodations (although not the 3-bedroom we signed up for) in another property he owned and gave us a $75 discount. That was a nice gesture, but we would not have stayed there unless we were in a bind.

I had a reservation for this property for two and a half months. Four days before I was scheduled to arrive, the owner cancelled my reservation. This left me scrambling to find an alternate place at the last minute, costing me hundreds of additional dollars. I truly believe this property should be removed from Expedia/VRBO, and the owner should be prevented from relisting his property for rent.
