Fabulous Villa 1 Block from Flamingo Beach
Villas Flamingo 7 is a 2 story Townhouse style condo on the south end of Flamingo Beach, approximately 200 yards from the front door to the white sands of the beach. The large swimming pool is a great place to meet your neighbors!
The first floor of the condo includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest bathroom. There is a comfortable fold-out sofa bed that can sleep 2 people and the bathroom on this floor is great for them because it is a full bath.
On the second floor you will find the guest bedroom with a queen and twin size beds and a private bathroom. As you continue on in the condo you enter the Master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom and a balcony that offers sunsets over the Pacific Ocean!
Villas Flamingo 7 is the perfect place for any family or group of friends to spend their vacation!!

What makes this property unique
Some unique qualities about Villas Flamingo 7 are the beautiful wood ceilings and floors that you do not find in many homes/condos in our area. Having 3 full bathrooms is great if you have the maximum 7 people staying in the condo. But most of all it is so close to the beach but protected from the sand that can blow during the dry season!
