This beautiful new house is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is perfect for your getaway to sunny Florida! Enjoy life as a Villager in the new part of The Villages where you can partake in all the activities and fun that this community provides. You can play golf, pickleball, swim, walk on the beautiful walking paths nearby, enjoy 3 squares that have live music every night of the year, and eat at the many restaurants. You will also be close to the new Sawgrass Market and McGrady's Pub. This house comes with a golf cart for your use as you cruise around in "The Villages" style. This is truly a beautiful area with many amenities. Welcome!
This is a PET FREE HOME
If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property.

When booking there will be a one time $25 service charge for the golf cart. Golf Cart is a 4 seater.

Village of Linden

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid for the booking cost per night except for credit card fees. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% of the booking cost per night except for credit card fees. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Please note that transactions that are reversed will incur a credit card fee at the time of booking and upon the cancellation and those fees will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Visiting relatives in The Villages

It was very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. We actually met the owner who was very friendly and accommodating.
