Amazing!

It was so perfect and amazing for our trip! We decided to stay one more day. I love being 10 steps from the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and love being to have our dog with us! Everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful property just steps to the ocean! Very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. The outdoor shower, grill and fire pit make the perfect evenings. Very close proximity to everything. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Lisa!

Perfect rental and perfect location

My family and I had an AWESOME stay! We knew it would be close to the sand, but not literally seconds to the sand. It was perfect. It is perfectly located. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, etc. It was probably the cleanest rental we have ever been to. We had 6 people total and 1 dog. There was more than enough room. No rental is perfect, so there are only 3 things that we had "issues" with (that weren't even really issues, just inconveniences): no measuring cups in the kitchen for cooking, couldn't get the jets to work in the master bath up stairs (but the deep tub was still great for soaking), and the skylight in the upstairs master bedroom shines right on the bed in the morning with no way of blocking the sun. BUT, those 3 things are so minor there is no way we wouldn't stay here again. We 1,000x's recommend this house and can't wait for our next trip. You can tell the owner takes pride in her rentals!!!!!!

Each of our homes is steps away from the sand and comes fully equipped with all the beach essentials, including a wagon full of beach chairs, an umbrella, and possibly boogie boards or kayaks, depending on the home's location.

As your hosts since 2017, we've enjoyed watching this beautiful little area blossom with new visitors. And with two marinas – Channel Island and Ventura – just minutes away, the adventures are endless. Rent a jet ski, kayak, paddle board, or electric boat and explore the coastline, or set up a deep-sea fishing trip for the day. If you're feeling adventurous, take a boat tour to Anacapa Island, where you can rent a kayak to see the painted caves or go hiking. And during the seasons, don't miss the opportunity for a whale-watching trip!

Located between Malibu and Santa Barbara, you can take a day trip in under an hour or take a short drive to Six Flags for a change of pace. And when it comes to dining, you'll find plenty of options in the area, from local favorites like Quincy Street to the Seafood Grill or head into downtown Ventura for a host of local eateries.

Bright, airy, and a stone's throw from the uncrowded beach. Dog-friendly and securely fenced back patio. The patio has an outdoor shower, dining furniture, and a fire pit.

This is a vertical townhouse with four beds (2 king bedrooms, one sofa sleeper in the living room, and one futon in the loft above the office. Its mirror twin shares the living room wall, and it's ideal to rent both for a family reunion or for two families who like to vacation together. The wide, uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles. Dogs are allowed to be leashed, but I have seen plenty without leashes. A very laid-back community on this Lane, who have lived there for decades.

Securely fenced back patio that has sliding doors off the ground king bedroom. A wide garage but a swing-out garage door means no tall SUVs - leave them on the driveway where you have two parking spaces.

A small desk if you need some work done (rent its mirror townhouse next door instead for a full office).
