What an amazingly beautiful spot! My family couldn't get over the views on all sides. We enjoyed the balcony off the top level especially, nicely sheltered from the sun when needed. The record player was a special touch and we enjoyed the LPs. Kitchen had everything we needed and so we did a lot of eating! We definitely want to come again. Thanks so much!

Wonderful, clean, and spacious home. The views are spectacular and the host,Tess, was so kind and communicative. Raptor’s View is an excellent base for exploring Ventura and the surrounding area. It’s quiet and serene. True California dreaming…we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing property, amazing view

We had a wonderful stay at the Raptor’s View property.It was easy to get everywhere in Ventura and the view was really exceptional. The communication with the manager was perfect and the property was pristine and warm and comfortable. We had a chance to see the SpaceX launch from the porch which was a great experience. Everything about this property was first rate and made for a very enjoyable experience.

Winter Vacation in Ventura

Stayed for 7 days with my wife and 3 adult sons. This may be my favorite VRBO to date. The house was roomy, private, well maintained, comfortable and the view!!!!!!! could have (and did) spend most of the time sitting out on the wrap around deck and soaked in the most spectacular view. I recommend this palce to anyone!!!

Perfect in every way.

My husband and I met our two adult children for three nights day, and Raptors view exceeded our expectations in every way. The views are beautiful. The beds and linens were so comfortable. There were lots of little extras that made us feel welcome and the hosts were very responsive to our every need. I highly recommend Raptors view

vacation retreat

I had family visiting from Germany and I was their tour guide. We needed a house near the LA area and I wanted to give them an experience, not just a place to sleep. This house was perfect. Views of the ocean from every room. Such a relaxing, warm and welcoming home. They loved it as did I!

Wonderful stay on top of the world

The house was perfect for our family to spend the holidays in Ventura. The view from atop the city was amazing - we watched the sea mist roll in and out over the city and the raptors flying over and around the house from the amazing deck. The guitar and piano provided a wonderful outlet for us. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms great, and the open plan upper level perfect for us and our family to enjoy the New Year.
