This was a great place to stay. It was close to so many great beach parks that were great for families. It was within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. Loved this place.

Spacious, well-maintained condo within walking distance of Hilo’s restaurants and shops. The wall AC units kept the bedrooms cool, and opening windows in the kitchen/living room lowered the temperature there for most of the day. And the host was friendly and communicative, which we appreciated!

This was a lovely space, just as advertised, great proximity to downtown. Very clean, great decor, nice amenities. Exactly what we were looking for. Especially big kudos to the owners for prompt, responsive communication, that was SO appreciated. Highly recommend this spot for your Hilo stays!

Lovely home

Super cute house in Hilo

We were very comfortable at the Huls House. It was tastefully decorated and had a lot of amenities. The host left some delicious local priducts which we enjoyed!

Great spot

Great apartment to spend a few days with my family (5 adults). Easy walk into town. Hosts were very communicative and the check-in process was smooth as could be. The immediate area around the property was okay.

Spacious and inviting place! Decorated like a real person lives there, so we felt more like welcomed house guests in contrast to staying at a sterile hotel. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. AC worked when needed, water hot, plenty of towels and linens. Great neighborhood location very close to excellent reataurants Temple Bar and Jackie Rey's.

Hilo Hula House

This home was perfectly located for exploring Hilo and the surrounding areas such as Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park. Our family of five fit comfortably in the space with room to spare. The host provided tea, coffee, and a sweet treat. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, spacious. Kitchen tools (pots, tupperware, spoons) well stocked. Location was excellent: close to downtown, close to grocery, quiet residential neighborhood.I will say in spite of having the fans on and windows open the house did get very warm midday until evening. Would recommend for families!

The Hula House was very beautiful and clean. There were so many amenities. The bathroom was amazing. The house is in town but was quiet enough that you could enjoy the sounds of birds through the open windows. Since we're used to a colder climate we were happy to have an air conditioner in the bedroom for sleeping. It was nice that there was a dedicated parking space. We would stay again.
