Great Location and home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located centrally in The Villages. Close to Brownwood and Lake Sumter squares. The home was clean and recently got new flooring. Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge has ice maker. Even the tiniest of detail was included, like measuring spoons and a pizza cutter. Duval pool close by. Golf cart and propane grill included. It really felt like MY home. Highly recommend.

Nice home , Friendly neighbors dangerous golf cart!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home good for entertaining. Lovely area , the neighbors were helpful and hospitable. All the special touch’s were appreciated. Kitchen and Bathroom if you need or forgot boxes were thoughtful. Wish they would have had Keurig . The ice maker not working but management company was very responsive.Driving the golf cart is dangerous!! The right front wheel tire is bald. The cords are showing through. The golf cart is out of alignment. Would Stop all use immediately to prevent injury or added repair costs. Would not recommend driving until repairs are completed. The safety of passengers and the cart are in question. The management again very concerned and helpful!
