Great little apartment with everything you need in a very cute village
This apartment is in an old house in a village near Marquette. I’m so glad we stayed there. The town is super cute and the “cowboy coffee shop” is great. The town is near Marquette so no problem getting there quickly. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. I stayed on the couch bed and Dad got the bedroom. Both beds were comfortable. It is an old house and apparently the heat is controlled by the apartment across the hall. The owner was quick to arrange for the heat to be turned up when a sudden cold snap happened. I would definitely book this place again
It's an older building with modern conveniences. The kitchen works well (and there is a supermarket half a mile away) and eating on the porch was very pleasant.
We had a great stay!! The area was close to several areas we visited. Kitchen was utilized and was stocked with everything we needed. Would stay her again!
We came up for the week to celebrate Pioneer Days. What an amazing space for the family. It was close to everything. Planning on coming back next year!
My son and I came to Negaunee to visit my daughter. We just wanted a place close and convenient where we could be together to hangout, chit-chat, play games, eat and sleep. This was it. The couch that pulls out into a bed was perfect for both of us to have our own beds. And being only 10 minutes away from Marquette is a big plus. We won't hesitate to stay here again!
Great little apartment for a long weekend.
Very clean, has everything you could need.
So happy they had coffee in the cabinet. Big plus for that!
Only complaint was the musty smell which is only because it’s an older house- not a huge deal- and the very very loud people staying in the unit upstairs. Could hear them all night long. Other than that, it was perfect.
Great landing spot for the Marji Gesick. Windows were very bright without curtains but the whole place was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were adequate and the porch was lovely. Thanks for the stay.
We were returning to the area for a family gathering and my youngest brothers 60th birthday over an extended Labor Day weekend........with crazy "record high" temps in the forecast. It was 96F actual temp...in Marquette area.....in September.....yikes! We were so glad we decided on our own apartment near the "beach house" rental (the family all chipped in) on the spectacular shore of Superior. Deanna and Joe's ground floor rental (WITH private covered deck and air conditioning!!) just minutes away from the holiday crowds and traffic of Marquette, was a God send. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, CONVENIENT and affordable. What more could two old geezers ask for?! It was a great weekend!!
