THE INDOORS
This unique luxury Scottsdale vacation home is split-level with four stories, including the basement. With 6 bedrooms and 10 beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone. You’ll enjoy the privacy of two master suites on different levels. Be sure to try out the steam shower for an indulgent spa experience. On the main level, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen features a large island just perfect for entertaining. Dont forget to pick up some coffee on your way in to enjoy our coffee station with a dual coffee machine that takes coffee pods and grounds! We provide coffee filters, not the coffee. Enjoy the large TV or lounge with friends on the comfortable oversized sofa. If you need to get some work done, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the work station.

The basement houses the casino and game room. Here you’ll find a pool table, dartboard, and genuine refurbished Ms. Pacman game. Also enjoy the gaming tables: craps, blackjack, roulette, and poker. The bar makes entertaining easy and fun. Relax in the sitting area featuring a large cable TV. The queen-sized sleeper sofa can accommodate two additional guests.

THE OUTDOORS
The very spacious backyard has just about everything you could want. Show off your swan dive from the pool’s diving board. Relax in the large gazebo with plush outdoor sofas and a cozy fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of giant Jenga, ping-pong, or beer pong. Get some sun in the large, comfortable lounge chairs. Grill up some dinner, then unwind in the hot tub. Your furry friends will love the large gated side yard with turf.

5. Pet fee (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

We will not be at the home during your stay. We will be available via phone/text/email anytime for any questions or concerns that you may have.

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.

The pool company visits the property on Tuesdays / Thursday's between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:30 am to start with the exterior of the property.*
