This cozy yet spacious home offers 3 queen beds, a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out trundle, 2 full baths, 2 kitchens with all new appliances, sunroom breakfast nook off of the upstairs kitchen, 2 laundry rooms, 2 living rooms one on each level (two floors are not connected by interior stairs). So gather around the bar to hang with family and friends, grab some games like Battle Ship, UNO, Jenga or Cornhole to play, or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie! This house will not disappoint!

Thanksgiving

We love this house. This was our 2nd year staying for Thanksgiving in a row. Very clean and private location. Our only issue both years was no microwave which made it hard for family dinner (I believe because the house is eco friendly) but toaster oven is available.

Much needed

The house is cute and unique. The downstairs apartment gave us space and room to step away if you needed a breather . It was a nice quite getaway. The neighborhood was quiet neat and accessibile to shopping. since it was Thanksgiving the two kitchens came in handy. the owner was available when needed and courteous. The location was ideal since half on the family lives on the Eastern shore and the other half in DC ( hop skip and jump). I would highly recommend .

Great and spacious house, close to everything

We stayed in Annapolis for a recent Navy game and loved the amount of space the house provided for 4 adults and 3 kids. Great downstairs area to watch sports and play games. Very close to downtown and Navy stadium. The house is quiet and secluded with great parking! Definitely recommend!
