Inspiration In-law suite by UCF / DT / Long Term

Inspirational place, Cute, Fully Equipped, is located less than 10 minutes from UCF (3.5 Miles) and has everything you could need for a temporary or long term stay. Including access to a washer and dryer (shared), oversized backyard (pet friendly for a FEE), Kitchenette with cooking facilities, full size bathroom, and a lot of privacy!
We're looking for a minimum of 30 nights booking or longer.
The home has a queen size bed, dining table with stools and an A/C window unit.
Please note:

-This private bedroom is attached to the main house, under the same roof, connected through the laundry room which you'll share with other guests, there is also a garage in between (not included) so you'll have complete privacy and your independent entrance.

-The water supply for the entire property comes from a well, there is a water softener filtration system in the garage behind your unit, the maintenance crew will access just the garage a couple times per month to clean it, but won't need to access your unit at any point unless there is an emergency.

-The laundry room, parking and backyard will be shared with other guests during your stay.

-We're Pet friendly with additional fee between $200-500 depending on pet size, how many & length of your stay. *Airbnb doesn't have an option about pet fees.

Andres and Kelly won't be there in person but one of our property managers will be checking on the property regularly and someone will be always available to met you there if there is any problem.
Yehimy our Co-Host is always available through the app.
The location is amazing! You'll be walking distance to groceries and convenient stores and less than 10 minutes or 3.5 miles driving distance from UCF (University of Central Florida).

Stores like Walmart and Publix, and tons of restaurants are also close by driving distance.
You can access the bedroom, the shared laundry, backyard and outdoor sitting area with firepit.

The garage is not included, your parking is on the left side driveway.
You'll be booking a private bedroom of around 200 sq-ft with a full size bathroom, dining table and cooking facilities (not a full Kitchen), access to the shared backyard, laundry room and parking on site.

The best way to get around in Orlando is having your own car or taking Uber/Lyft.
We recommend an app called TURO to rent a car if you need it.
