We were in town for a family wedding. The property felt new and was very clean. The check in and home instructions were easy and seamless. We enjoyed our stay.
The property looked exactly like the pictures! The house was very clean and felt homey with the decor/personal touches. It was a great location for exploring the area and Nellysford was close by which was a bonus.

Thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you again. You and your guests were excellent.
The host was very helpful with all the questios I had. The house was very comfortable and close to the wedding event. The house provided a spectacular weekend with comfortable beds and beautiful scenery around the community the house reside in.
As the meeting planner for a conference (5x per year), I am always looking for unique stays for our guests. This one was a real hit. Spacious, well appointed and close to the Russell Museum. Everyone loved it and we will be booking again!
Once in the door we were surprised to see such a beautifully decorated and clean house. Host was very prompt with answering any questions I had. All Necessities were supplied, and Wi-Fi was very good. Would definitely rent this house again!!!
This home by far is the cleanest home I have ever stayed in and it has a nice refreshing smell. We had everything we needed and then some. Brian and his wife communicated well and went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants.
The property is very convenient to town and sits in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We hope to stay here more when we are in town to visit family.
This home is well worth the cost to stay. When we first opened the door, the smell that came out made all of us say, man this place smells so good! It was extremely clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Brian was so easy to get a hold of and I could not have asked for a better hostess! If I ever need to rent a place here again, I will be staying here. Thanks Brian!

Thank you for staying with us. You guys were great guest, hope to have you again. Thanks
Came to the area to visit my aging parents. The house was beautiful. Easy to find. Very, very clean. Amazing extras. It is fairly close to local restaurants and local shopping. The kitchen had enough knives, plates, cookware, etc to make the stay comfortable. We didn't have to pick up anything except the foods we wanted to have available. If you want to watch tv on any channel other than roku, make sure you know your passwords for netflix, prime, or hulu. Fantastic experience.

Thank you so much. Hope to have you guys back again.
We loved the home. Plenty of room. True to advertisement. Very clean. It was perfect for us. The parking is limited to two vehicles for the driveway, but ample street parking. Comfortable sofas. Beds comfortable, a little on the soft to medium side if you are looking to gauge that. We would definitely rent here again. 6-7 miles from skyline Drive south entrance for hikers. Was a perfect distance for us. Only single recommendation for owners would be to splurge the little extra for 2-ply toilet paper! Otherwise, perfection.
We loved the house: it is new, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished. We appreciated having 4 smart TVs, one in each room, a foosball table, and office space upstairs. As we stayed over Christmas and New Year's, the owner even put up a nicely decorated Christmas tree in the living room!
The owner was very responsive throughout the booking process, prior to and during our stay.
During our 9 day stay, we explored the area, visiting Staunton (charming town with cute stores and cafes), Charlottesville (Monticello and Highland presidential estates, Trump Winery, Carter Mountain Orchard, UVA campus), Richmond (VFMA, Maymont, Agecroft), Roanoke (Taubman art museum, Mill Mountain Zoo), Natural Bridge, Lexington, Grand Caverns, and a few hikes. It would also make for a great base for exploring the mountain scenery of Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway, both only a few miles from the house, though they were closed during our stay due to "snow and ice".
We highly recommend this house as a nice, comfortable base for exploring an area full of natural, historic, and cultural attractions.
Unfortunately for Brian he had to track out in the snow to the property and demonstrate how to enter the front door code!! He arrived with a smile on his face ready to rescue the damsels in distress.. He gave wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The home is more than we had envisioned. Thank you - we hope to return in the Spring or Summer!
