Your host
We love the city and everything it has to offer but also wanted to be able to escape the hustle and bustle and take advantage of the cute towns, shopping, and nature that the Catskills had to offer...and only 2 hours away! If we're not catching a show or art exhibit in NYC, or traveling abroad and eating to our hearts content, then we are most definitely enjoying the outdoors with our friends, family, and amazing community that we've found in Roscoe NY!
Why they chose this property
We love having the convenience of "downtown" living while still feeling secluded in the privacy our 6 forested acres. Watching beautiful sunsets and views of the rolling hills and mountains peeking through the trees while lounging on our large deck (most likely with a glass of wine) are a couple of our favorite things to do.
We love the spacious rooms, our bright and newly renovated kitchen, and the Great Room with a 12 foot dining table (perfect for board games!), comfortable leather sofa and iconic mid century furniture. Cozy up by the large brick fireplace...or take it outdoors with some blankets and tell scary stories around the firepit.

What makes this property unique
Enjoying the Catskills means maximizing relaxation, so only being a mile from downtown Roscoe ensures we don't always need to cook. Plenty of restaurants and a cocktails are only a few seconds drive away making it very easy to satisfy your hunger or thirst.
