☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
The cabin offers two large bedrooms. On the main floor, you will find a relaxing suite with a custom log king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a nearby full bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

The second bedroom is on the upper level and features a log king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, cathedral ceiling, and a private ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower.

There are two additional sleeping areas in the great room and game room (two sleeper sofas). Please let us know in advance if you have more than four guests so we can prepare these areas before you arrive.

The moment you step inside the cabin you are greeted by soothing natural wood accents and tasteful décor. The great room boasts a massive floor-to-ceiling, stone accented wood burning fireplace, a soaring cathedral ceiling, comfy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the full-length covered deck.

Adjoining the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you and your guests can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal.

Venture up to the second level of this amazing Pigeon Forge cabin and you’ll enter the fun-filled game room! Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, play your all-time favorite games on the arcade machine, or kick back and watch your favorite movie on the big screen.

The outdoor decks are surrounded by lush woodlands. Feel the fresh breeze as you soak in the hot tub, rock in the hammock, or enjoy your morning cup of joe from one of the additional seating areas. Once you’re ready to explore the beautiful Smoky Mountains beyond property lines, all the area’s many attractions are just a short drive away.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire cabin.

Ample free parking is available for multiple vehicles in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, perfect to access Dollywood, restaurants, the Smoky Mountains, and other attractions.

Other Things to Note:
The Toasted Marshmallow offers complimentary satellite WiFi, so please be aware that satellite speeds are much slower than normal speeds.

Remember that the cabin is in the woods - You will likely see and hear critters.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided.

Message us BEFORE booking if you have more than 4 people so we can prepare the extra sleeping areas. We also own another neighboring cabin on the same private drive in case you are looking to have even more guests. Please inquire and I will share that listing as well.

Dogs (2 maximum) allowed with a pet fee. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 per pet and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the cabins. An additional $200 fee will be charged for smoking that will go to additional cleaning.

Interaction with Guests:
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!
