Cozy, clean, relaxing, safe home

If you need temporary relaxing, safe, clean space this is the home for you. It's central location is close to Community Hospital and St. Marys Hospital. Its in a quiet subdivision with sidewalks and a quick drive to Mesa Mall among lots of other shopping. Convenient to nearby restaurants, and two movie theaters as well. Two car garage secured, and available to you. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and WiFi through out the house. Games, puzzle, cards available. New clean Gas BBQ grill ready for you to enjoy.

Come turn on the fire place, sip coffee, tea or some hot chocolate. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

We enjoyed our stay. There were minimal supplies. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been helpful. I'm sensitive to smells the house had a deodorizing scent to it. Overall, great location. Was what we needed and was comfortable. Communication with the owner was very good. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our trip to Colorado. The beds were very comfortable. The back deck provided a perfect opportunity to enjoy our morning coffee and relax. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us.

This was the second year we stayed at this property. It is a perfect place to come in conjunction with Tour of Vineyards bike ride. It’s a nice relaxing place and location.

This property was relatively clean. We found a partially eaten cookie in the tv stand. The sponge left on the kitchen sink was dirty and gross. We bought new ones. The property is older. The amount of space in the living room and bedrooms was adequate. The listing said it had "air conditioning". It had a "swamp cooler" which is different than air conditioning. We arrived in the afternoon on a hot July afternoon. Although the swamp cooler was on, it was not cool in the house. It took a while for the house to cool down. That being said, we went to Walmart and bought oscillating fans for each bedroom, and they helped to keep it cool while we slept. Because of the swamp cooling system, you have to leave your bedroom door open when sleeping which doesn't help with privacy. This property was in a great place for shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Overall, the property was good. Colorado in summer is HOT. It should be stated on the listing that it has a swamp cooler and not a/c.
