Master retreat with comfortable bed and ensuite bath with soaker tub. Private outdoor area with gas firepit . Quiet location great for a relaxing getaway on your trip!

The space
Home has extensive remodeling done and was furnished with top of the line furniture and beds. A great place for family or friends to gather and enjoy the weather. Living room with plenty of seating for large groups and a big screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in while on vacation.

Outdoor area is private and features a great conversation sitting area with gas fire pit.

Great location with easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and golf.

Close to Scottsdale events like the Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson car show.

Guests have access to full laundry and garage.

Guests have access to the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces .

Other things to note
Not a party house! Guests are welcome to have fun but please always be respectful.

Booking party must be at least 25 .
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.

Clean house well equipped , home to home , all facilities available at the property . Supermarket and a few eateries close by.Downside with 6 staying : ease of access to one shower only . The en-suite had a free standing bath not practical for quick shower ( resulting in a very wet floor)The shower / bath , the water knob had calcification so wasn’t easy to pull out for shower .Would have been nice to have had some bottled water and some simple snacks available on arrival. We also stayed in comparable properties in La Verkin (Utah) and Mesa (phoenix) and found this property in Cave Creek very over priced . We chose this purely as we had a family close by in Cave Creek.
