Welcome to The Lily Pad! Leave your worries & cares behind & come relax your mind. This 4 bed/bedroom plus 3 small futons +2 full bath home, will be plenty of room for you & your family & friends. The 6 person jacuzzi hot tub & infrared sauna will be all you need to unwind. From the well-stocked kitchen, Culligan purified water cooler, coffee bar, gas grill, outdoor patio, every meal will be a win. High speed internet & a dedicated work space provided for catching up on work or leisure. Also the home has a water softener system! You're guaranteed to have a great time at The Lily Pad!
The space
This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, walk out split foyer home is spacious, has great lighting & is accommodating for up to 10 people. With 8 steps upstairs & 8 steps downstairs upon entrance, the whole house is easily accessible.
Guest access
All 4 bedrooms have walk-in closets with lots of storage space. Spacious living room, & finished basement with 2 futons for sleeping. On-site laundry is located downstairs. I use 2 indoor closets & my garage for storage which is locked & not available for guests.

Dogs are welcome for $75/night per pet. Limit of 2 dogs per stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest. Please clean up after your pet.
In the rental agreement you will see the property does have OUTSIDE security cameras. 1 faces the hot tub and only records when the alarm is set off.

Wonderful stay

Everything you need and even some things you don’t. This place has all the amenities and is perfect for a Sioux Falls get away. Nicole was great and everything was clean and as expected. Sauna and hot tub were perfect for beating the winter chill. We would definitely stay again.

Low key getaway

Out of town Family Thanskgiving

Home had a comfortable setting and was close to activities in Sioux Falls. Plenty of space for a family of 4 to relax and enjoy the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend together. Kitchen was well stocked for the chef to prepare the feast. Thank you.

Great family spot

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. The host had easy checkin process and welcomed us with goodies. The 4 bedrooms was a must for our family. And the sauna and hot tub made it that much more enjoyable. The toiletries were above and beyond! And the towels were the softest i have ever had at a rental. I appreciated the light up christmas tree and iCe melt for the driveway. Good location with a great lark across the street and fenced yard was a must!
