RENOVATED IN 2022. NO GOLF CART NEEDED! May until October is Saturday to Saturday rentals only. Wonderful renovated oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath smoke free condo JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH. NO PARKING LOTS OR STREETS TO CROSS.

Exceptional balcony views of the renovated pool, grassy play area, the ocean, and the huge brick BBQ grills/picnic area. Located without question in the safest, most family friendly, and desirable section in the Myrtle Beach region. The 'A Place At The Beach VI' OCEANFRONT complex is in the much sought after Shore Drive sector just a 5 minute drive to quality restaurants and endless shopping.
Take a moonlight walk to the east coast's longest fishing pier or to live entertainment just across the street. Don't forget about the popular Ocean Annie's beachfront entertainment that's a short sandy walk away but far enough that you won't have to hear their patrons sing along! We also have a large Irish restaurant, pizza parlor, arcade, and convenience store within walking distance. A 3 minute drive to golf, 5 minutes to Wal-Mart, Bass Pro Shop, an indoor mall, and Tanger Outlets. The Original Benjamin's, Pirates Cove, Rossi's Italian restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, and Kroger's is just a 2 minute drive from the condo. CHECK OUT OUR GUEST REVIEWS. The condo has been well maintained with new floors a full sized sofa bed and a breakfast bar with barstools adjacent to the kitchen table. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. One bathroom off the living room and another full bath off the primary bedroom. Free WI-FI throughout the grounds so you can telecommute while poolside.


For the active, make the short walk to the lagoon area for some crabbing or kayaking up through the Marsh that approaches the famous Dunes Country Club and Golf Course.
Make our summer getaway your yearly escape from the hustle and stress of every day life. Discounts given to repeat renters, multi week stays, teachers, police, and firefighters.


Smoking, trailers, motorcycles, boats, and RVs are prohibited. Weeks are first come first served with the date of the security deposit arrival taking priority. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Partial weeks must check out on Saturday. Check in is 3 pm and check out is by 10 am on the following Saturday. Linen service not available. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid ID or drivers license.
1 parking pass per unit per week. No exceptions. Extra parking will be up to each guest to find if they choose to bring a second vehicle.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Set both Air conditioning units at 78 degrees and close curtains to shade the rooms.
Sweep floors free of sand.
While down counter top.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time starts at 10pm each night. Please be courteous to all your neighbors. This time is firm.
One parking pass per unit. No exceptions. There is local public parking that can be found on the internet. Towing enforced.
Guests must notify owner and management company 8 weeks in advance of check in if any animals will be on the premises. No pets are allowed.

We LOVE Myrtle Beach! We come almost every year and this year we decided to stay more North which was a great idea! The area was quiet, everyone was super friendly and the beaches were fabulous and not over-crowded which we prefer. We would stay here again!

Ocean view condo

Location was amazing. Condo was very clean and partially updated. Bathrooms and floors throughout were amazing. Only issue was guest bed was a bit noisy when moving and didn’t have a tv. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great time. The unit was clean and what an easy quick walk to the beach. You couldn't ask for better. The process was simple and the owner was always willing to answer any questions you may have. The pool area was never crowded and seemed like everyone we met within the building were friendly as well. We felt very safe and would recommend to others with kids. Also, just a quick drive to putt-putts, restaurants, amusements, shopping, etc. We would surely rent again.

Location, Location, Location!

The condo is located right at the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The view from the balcony was great. There is a pool although my family chose to go to the beach daily. There are PLENTY of things to do in the surrounding area. Having the coffee shop directly across the street was awesome. Everyone was friendly and we even ran into a cousin that had visited for that weekend. Celebrating Independence Day on the beach was so much fun! The only negative for me was the 2nd bedroom bed. It was very soft but that is just my personal preference. Everything in the condo worked properly and our stay couldn’t have been any more memorable! This place is a gem….especially for the location to the beach and other activities!!

Never again.

I would not recommend this place. It was filthy. Cockroaches inside and outside of the residence, i had to kill inside the spare bedroom. The cleaniness of the place was horrible. Hair left in the drains, sand all over the place, the blankets and pillows smelled. The spare bed is horrible, uncomfortable and covered in plastic. The ceiling fan is loose and rocks which keeps you up all night. The pullout couch is bad as well. Dirt, sand, bugs and toys it looked like under the furniture. For no linen or towels, and having coin laundry, i wouldnt recommend. I have stayed in motels that are cleaner and nicer. Not worth it, im sorry. For a family vacation spot, i was surprised there wasnt a folder of stuff around the area you can do, i didnt see games to play with until the end of our stay, in the closet under pillows and blankets. Nothing for children to play with to entertain on rainy days. That wasnt even the half of it and wouldnt call this place renovated. There should be a cleaning service to come in and clean after each use. Definitely not a good experience in this place, not family friendly. It was nice to be able to walk onto the beach and the small pool in the complex.

Beautiful beach and beautiful place (st the beach)

Had a wonderful week with my wife and several other couples who stayed at the condo as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were both newly remodeled and very nice.Would definitely recommend.

Best place to stay on Myrtle!!!

We love this place!!! The condo is all we need for a week’s trip and the location is fantastic! The kids can roam without us having to worry. We love it so much that we usually rebook the property before we leave.

A+ Location

This was my 2nd time staying at this condo. The location to everything is key. You can get coffee, drinks, dinner, food shop, play mini golf, attend a show, etc all within minutes. The condo is clean and bedding is provided. The 2nd bedroom does not have air conditioning but the ceiling fan and stand fan are enough to keep you comfortable. The host is very responsive and even checked in mid-week to make sure all was good. I’d highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place right on the beach!

“Our” place at the beach

My family and I have stayed at this condo 4 summers now. It’s in a great location. Quiet area, but close drive to everything. The pool is wonderful, clean and usually quiet. The condo is perfect for our family of four.

My family of 4 with kids ages 2 & 5 stayed here and the condo had everything we needed! We also loved the location and loved having the shops across the street that included restaurant/bar, general store, souvenirs, ice cream, pizza, etc. Above all, we were pleased with the prompt communication with the host who would reply to our messages within minutes, and they even checked in with us during our stay, which was a nice touch.

Right on the beach

Stayed here for 2 weeks in April 2024. Great location to everything. The beach is just down a short path. The deck overlooks the beach. Convenient to major roads and many different restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Myrtle Beach. The condo has everything required for the stay. A Keurig made morning coffee easy, full size refrigerator and stove, toaster and microwave. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a pay laundry on the 1st floor. Just remember that this condo does not provide linens. Bring your own sheets and towels. Would certainly stay here again if I’m in the area.

Comfy

Staying here was a wonderful spot for our beach vacation with family. Plenty to do in the area and explore. Being walking distance to the Apache pier was a highlight to walk and see nature in its element (sting rays, bass, jelly fish). Accessing the beach easy, too, and found it was clean and water refreshing. Close to shopping centers and other excursions/ sights that were wonderful to experience. The condo was clean, but needed a few light bulbs when we stayed. Other than that we slept soundly, prepared and ate food in the kitchen without a hitch aside for a few night out on the town.

This cozy beach getaway has been our summer home for years. My husband (AKA Pop Pop) and I found 'APATB VI' while taking a morning stroll down the beach from our annual stay at the Apache Campground. Once we stepped into the model, we never camped another night. Over the years, we've raised our son while vacationing here and he has in turn raised his own 2 boys here. There are many fond memories, such as our grandbaby taking his first steps and many family reunions. Myrtle Beach has a special place in our family's heart. Through good times and bad, we've never had a bad day at the beach, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. So please come and enjoy a piece of heaven on earth because life is too short to waste.
