RENOVATED IN 2026. ZERO GOLF CART NEEDED! June through August is Saturday to Saturday rentals only. Wonderful renovated oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath smoke free condo JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH. NO PARKING LOTS OR STREETS TO CROSS.

Gorgeous balcony views of the new pool, grassy play area, the ocean, and the huge brick BBQ grills/picnic area. Located in the safest, most family friendly, and desirable section in the Myrtle Beach region. The 'A Place At The Beach VI' OCEANFRONT complex is in the much sought after Shore Drive sector just a 5 minute drive to quality restaurants and endless shopping.

Take a moonlight walk to the east coast's longest fishing pier or to live entertainment just across the street. Don't forget about the popular Ocean Annie's beachfront entertainment that's a short sandy walk away but far enough that you won't have to hear their patrons sing! We also have a large Irish restaurant, expresso bar, arcade, and convenience store within walking distance. A 3 minute drive to golf, 5 minutes to Wal-Mart, Bass Pro Shop, and Tanger Outlets.

The condo has been well maintained with newer floors, granite countertops, a full sized sofa bed, and a breakfast bar with barstools adjacent to the kitchen table. It comfortably sleeps 6 people.2 full size bathrooms. Free WIFI throughout the grounds so you can telecommute while poolside.

For the active, make the short walk to the lagoon area for some crabbing, fishing, or kayaking up through the Marsh that approaches the famous Dunes Country Club and Golf Course.
Make our summer getaway your annual escape from the hustle and stress of every day life. Discounts given to repeat renters, multi week stays, teachers, police, and firefighters.

Smoking, trailers, motorcycles, boats, and RVs are prohibited. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Partial weeks must check out on Saturday. Check in is 4 pm and check out is by 10 am. Linens provided by each guest. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid ID or drivers license.
1 parking pass per unit per week. No exceptions.

Turn off the lights
Set both Air conditioning units at 78 degrees and close curtains to shade the rooms.
Sweep floors free of sand.
While down counter top.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time starts at 10pm each night. Please be courteous to all your neighbors. This time is firm.
One parking pass per unit. No exceptions. There is local public parking that can be found on the internet. Towing enforced.
Guests must notify owner and management company 8 weeks in advance of check in if any animals will be on the premises. No pets are allowed.

We LOVE Myrtle Beach! We come almost every year and this year we decided to stay more North which was a great idea! The area was quiet, everyone was super friendly and the beaches were fabulous and not over-crowded which we prefer. We would stay here again!

My family and I have stayed at this condo 4 summers now. It’s in a great location. Quiet area, but close drive to everything. The pool is wonderful, clean and usually quiet. The condo is perfect for our family of four.

My family of 4 with kids ages 2 & 5 stayed here and the condo had everything we needed! We also loved the location and loved having the shops across the street that included restaurant/bar, general store, souvenirs, ice cream, pizza, etc. Above all, we were pleased with the prompt communication with the host who would reply to our messages within minutes, and they even checked in with us during our stay, which was a nice touch.

Location was amazing. Condo was very clean and partially updated. Bathrooms and floors throughout were amazing. Only issue was guest bed was a bit noisy when moving and didn’t have a tv. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

This cozy beach getaway has been our summer home for years. My husband (AKA Pop Pop) and I found 'APATB VI' while taking a morning stroll down the beach from our annual stay at the Apache Campground. Once we stepped into the model, we never camped another night. Over the years, we've raised our son while vacationing here and he has in turn raised his own 2 boys here. There are many fond memories, such as our grandbaby taking his first steps and many family reunions. Myrtle Beach has a special place in our family's heart. Through good times and bad, we've never had a bad day at the beach, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. So please come and enjoy a piece of heaven on earth because life is too short to waste.
