Rocky View Lodge - Private Lodge in Hocking Hills

This review is not unexpected, as the guest stayed at the lodge, then waited till afterward, to try to get money back, saying that "depending on the reimbursement of the cleaning fee" (which we don't even charge), she would leave an appropriate review. The guest had ample time and opportunity to bring up any and/or all of the things she mentions here. She says she called the office, but she didn't leave a message or email us, both of which are easily available, if guests encounter any issues. Anyone in the modern age knows how to do these things, but we didn't hear a peep out of her, and she waited till afterward to try to hit us up for a refund. As anyone who reads our policy will know, we expect to be made aware of issues, as soon as they arise. If were aren't there by the phone, a simple voicemail or email will get through to us, as we check them often. As I told this guest, after she sent this list to us, the water there is well water. It's not city water. We get very few, if any, complaints about it. As to the other things she mentioned, if she'd have actually been concerned about it and if she had actually let us know about it, as normal, we'd have sent someone over to check things out, and taken care of anything we could have for her. But, she didn't, so we couldn't.
