This is a great property. Kitchen is very nice and has everything you need to make meals. It is spacious. The games are a real plus especially when kids need to take a break. The sleds and snowball maker were an unexpected surprise and a plus. Chester Creek and the view was also a nice plus. A great home base for exploring Anchorage! Karley was a great communicator.
Wonderful property with plenty of space and comfort. Easy drive to downtown and very walkable to the park trail system and nearby playground and park. A wonderful stay!
My family came to Anchorage for vacation and to spend time with extended family. The house was perfect for us; we were very comfortable and enjoyed all of the amenities. The weather was warm when we were there and it got a little hot upstairs, and the owner brought extra fans for us.
Everything about our stay here was terrific. Communication, plenty of cooking supplies, towels and sleeping options. Table big enough for all of us and meeting space options. Would definitely choose this home again.
My husband and I had a great time. The house was clean and more than suited our needs. Be aware that the upstairs shower does not get hot but we didn’t try the downstairs. It was a great stay.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! And I would have loved the opportunity to help you with the upstairs shower had we been notified while you were there as this is not the typical experience for our guests.
Enjoyed staying at this house in a quiet neighborhood alongside the creek with direct access to the trail system and downtown. Super clean all around and a very well appointed kitchen which made dinner prep fun’ The living room fireplace and big dining room table made for family gathering spots. Host was friendly, efficient and does a great job with this property.
This home is amazing, the look and feel of the home is luxurious. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. Everything was clean and neat, absolutely no complaints and would love to be back.
Fully stocked house near airport and town! Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens for all. House had a lot of extras (steamer, roll away beds, pillows, outdoor seating) which were an added bonus. We bbq’d one night and realized the propane was empty, within minutes the host replied and brought a full tank in less than 30 min. Our family enjoyed our stay very much!
This is a beautiful property with lots of space for the entire family. The view to the creek is amazing. You feel like you are in the country yet still close to everything. We had trouble with the hot water tank during our stay and the owners were quick to respond. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
The house was perfect for our family of 11 including two small children. We were in town for a week for a family reunion. We enjoyed the easy access to bike trails and parks, and downtown. All of the beds were very comfortable and the living spaces (kitchen, large dining room, back deck, and extra living room upstairs) were wonderful! We plan to return!!
The weather was beautiful but had no control of thermostat and heater kept coming on and made upstairs warm. Other than that very nice location and accommodations.
This is a true gem! It was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of space for our large group of 9. The beds were very comfortable and there were room darkening shades in each room (a key for sleeping through an Alaska summer night). The open floor plan worked well for a large group as people could be in the kitchen, at the table, or lounging in the living room but still be part of the group. I could see how the lofted space would have be a nice if we had any kids with us. The only downside of the open floor plan and loft was that those talking at a normal volume on the second floor could be heard clear as day on the first floor.
I was a little nervous to rent a new property but my goodness were we in for a lovely surprise. For two weeks, colleagues and I stayed in this home while attending exhausting meetings downtown. We called this place our sanctuary and for good reason: comfortable rooms and common areas, dreamy creekside location and easy access to and from downtown. The host Karley was super responsive to our needs. We will be staying here in the future, no doubt. Don't hesitate to book!
