Convenient Anchorage Loft near Downtown, Restaurants, Airport, and Trails

This bright lofty 2bed 1bath 1,000 sq ft upper-level apartment is located on the edge of DOWNTOWN Anchorage Alaska.
Our guests experience:

*Close to airport, hospitals, restaurants, grocery, and entertainment
*Free high-speed WIFI internet, smart TV, bath toiletries, breakfast items, board games, books, crib, and high chair
ADD 14 MORE GUESTS if you book the 4 bed 2 bath BNB on the other side!
-Parking is located directly in front of the BNB on the right side of the driveway.
-The door is located to the right side of the walkway, there you will find approximately 10 steps up to enter the loft.
-The main living space is open to living, dining, and cooking, it gets full sun during the day with rooftop views of treetops and mountains to the East.
-Light filtering privacy shades have been added in the livingroom in addition to blackout blinds in the bedrooms. (Please use them to keep the apartment comfortable or cool as you see fit.)
-Fans are available to use in each room in addition to portable AC in the living room.
-The 2 living room sofas turn into beds. The living room can be quite bright in the morning so please keep this in mind for long-term sleeping arrangements and bring an eye mask.
-There are two additional 6" fold-out memory foam mattresses for use anywhere.
-The first bedroom sleeps two people on a queen bed, in this closet you will find the two fold-out memory foam mattresses for extra guests.
-The second bedroom has two twin beds and a dresser.
-Fully stocked kitchen with a complimentary mix of oatmeal, coffee, and tea.
-Cleaning items, laundry, detergent, and ironing supplies are also available.
-A pack-and-play crib for young guests is present
-In the bathroom we have toiletries such as towels and washcloths, complimentary amenities include hair shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, 2 toothbrushes, and a shaving razor.
-There's a small balcony located off the laundry room and access to a front yard with raspberry bushes that you may enjoy!
Access to the apartment is located on the right side of the building. An electronic door lock will provide entry to the apartment which is located up a flight of 10 stairs, please keep this in mind for bulky items or those with mobility impairments.

This property is located in the Valley of the Moon neighborhood. Directly behind the property lies Valley of the Moon Park, a 21.78 acre community-use park located between downtown and midtown along the Chester Creek Greenbelt. It’s one of Anchorage's most popular parks and features a children’s playground, two picnic shelters with grill stations, a community garden, a ball field, a fenced off-leash dog park, a parking lot as well as open space, forest and a stream that hosts spawning salmon in the summer. The park is accessible two houses down and across the bridge. Here you will access Chester Creek trail which crosses under major roadways spanning across Anchorage connecting with the Coastal Trail. From the bridge, continue on this path and It will lead you to the scenic West Chester Lagoon just a mile or so away.
For an easy, scenic walk in Anchorage, access to Chester Creek Trail is at your door. The 4-mile-long path, which runs from Westchester Lagoon to Goose Lake, is not only flat, but also paved, making for an easy stroll. And though it passes close to neighborhoods, the trail is part of the city’s “greenbelt”—a wooded area that makes you feel like you’ve left the city behind. Chester Creek intersects with the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, which has plenty of photo ops.
If you're looking for public transit, several of the main bus lines are just a few blocks away.
Local cab services, Uber, and Lyft are also active in the area and take minutes to arrive.
-Leave beds unkept at checkout and place all used towels near the washing machine.
-If the thermostat/heat was increased during the stay, please adjust heat down to 65 degrees upon checkout by pressing the hold button.
-Guests agree to pick up and discard all trash, tidy kitchens after each use, wipe up any spills should they occur and ensure the final load of dishes is loaded and ran.
-Spills in the oven or on the stove top should be taken care of promptly.
-Please pour cooking grease into an empty tin/glass can or wipe grease out of the pan with a paper towel and discard it into the garbage can once cool. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
-Doors and windows locked upon leaving.
-An excess cleaning fee will be assessed at $120/hour if excess cleaning is required beyond the initial four hours.
-All unauthorized late checkouts will result in a $100 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will be charged $200/pet.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere in the home or property.
Smoking in the unit will result in a minimum fee of $200, or higher if there are additional damages or odor removal expenses.
- Please provide arrival information. If your arrival is unknown, your home may not be available until after 6pm.
-Please be courteous to neighbors when using outside areas. Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Please ensure TV volumes and conversations can not be heard outside of the house.
- No parties, events or business operations are permitted in the rental or on site without prior written approval. All guests must be registered.
-Unattended minors/children/infants must not be allowed on the back deck or near the creek at any time.
