Twin Palms - Mid-Century Modern Alexander Home

Twin Palms Drive is a classic mid century Alexander located in the exclusive Twin Palms neighborhood. After 12 months of renovation, it's now been restored with new modern details. The house is a block away from the Ace Hotel, around the corner from Koffi, L'Horizon Hotel, and Elmer's. We are a 6 minute drive to downtown and 8 minute drive to the Palm Springs Airport. Walking steps to Villa Royale, Mr Lyons and the Saguaro Hotel as well!

Pool Heat Fee: $50-$75/day depending on time of year.

May-September: $50 - depending on pool temp.
October-April: $75 - depending on pool temp.

Recommended Pool Heat: 88-90
