Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again.

I loved this property. It is updated and beautiful, plenty of room for 1 or 2 people. Location is super - second house from the boardwalk. I went the week of Labor Day, so it was quiet and not crowded on the beach. All in all, a pretty perfect place to spend a few days enjoying the last days of summer 🌞
