Top to bottom this is a one of a kind Boutique Style Estate offering stunning contrasts, incredible style, and luxurious amenities. This home provides 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 media rooms, an amazing kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators, 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and a wrap around porch for entertaining, southern style. We are not short on entertainment with Foosball, Cornhole, Pac-Man arcade game, Pickle Ball, Ping Pong, Dominoes, Chess, Life size Checkers, and a multitude of you r favorite original board games. We provide flatware, plates, bowls, and coffee cups service for up to 42 guests.

This chic home has oversized rooms, spacious bathrooms (one with a claw foot tub), allowing comfort and privacy for each couple or family. Well appointed for a bride or wedding party, but still masculine enough for the boys in our two bedrooms upstairs (golf and derby themed) or for the gentlemen wanting to escape the ladies for a bit. The Scholar House is proud to feature a handicapped accessible suite along with handicapped parking as well. If you are needing to sleep a family with all generations' from baby to grandmother, this is the home for you.

We have table cloths, serving bowls, umbrellas for our patio tables, vases, even tea sets for your event needs. This home is huge!! More than enough room for my family. Very close to the Texas A&M stadium. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The bathrooms need some attention but overall the home was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Great for large groups.

The house is beautiful very spacious plenty of bedrooms. The house itself was clean, but they really need to work on the restrooms. They were not disinfected. I had to buy my own disinfectant and clean them. Maintenance. Needs to keep up with that house. Garbage disposal did not work trash was overflowing in the trash cans had a foul odor made it very difficult to sit in the backyard but other than that, we did have a decent time there.

Perfect Football Weekend at the Perfect Place

Had an enjoable stay at this more than spaciouse property that had plenty of space, rooms and beds for our group to enjoy our football weekend in College Station. Property was clean and taken care of and the location was a short Uber ride away from anything you would want or need during your stay. A nice surprise was the convience store that was directly across the street came the property and came in handy during our stay.

Great Family Stay

Our extended family was in town for the December Texas A&M graduation. Perfect location close to the University and quiet neighborhood.The house was wonderful so that our group could all be in one location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so our group could have meals together at home. There was a minor issue that arose and the Host was easy to contact and quick to resolve it fully.I would definitely rent again.

House was great for our graduation weekend. Fit all the family in friends and worked well for our small graduation party (30 people). Had lots of nice amenities and games for everyone to enjoy. And great location, walkable to Northgate and easy access to Wellborn. Would also be a great for a football weekend.

Great experience!

The “Graduate House” is ideal for a gathering of 20 to 30 people. The house is well kept. 7 bedrooms with 6 full baths and 2 half baths provide plenty lodging space. 2 living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and a dining room well suit us. Hayley is very helpful, responsive, and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this listing.

Class of ‘74 Reunion

Nice property for a large party. Easy to entertain and not feel on top of each other. Not a lot of privacy. Every bedroom shares 2 or 3 beds. Housekeeping needs to do a deep clean. All in all, it was good for our group of 14 that stayed the night. Others came and went. Plenty of parking.

Baseball Team

We had a baseball tournament in College Station this last week & weekend and we wanted the team to stay together. This house couldn’t have been more perfect! Comfortably slept 7 families and the entire baseball team. The description doesn’t do this house justice. There is an entire wing with a bunch of bunk beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bath and a game room with a HUGE Tv & a bunch of couches and games! Needless to say this was ABSOLUTELY perfect for the boys! Thank you for such a wonderful house for us to gather after long hot games! The Fredericksburg Giants

40th Birthday celebration

As we walked in to the house, there was a very strong smell of stale beer and urine. We then spent the next 30, trying to find the multiple fire alarms that were beeping because of a dead battery. When I tried to contact the host, there was no reply or response the entire weekend. The next day the plan was to use the grill for a bbq and it was a coal grill that hadn’t been cleaned. The was food and mild over all the grates. The pictures of the place must have been from years ago because it is old and run down. Would not suggest staying at property

Lovely house, needs maintenance

Lovely, large house. Plenty of space. Room with 2 twins is actually trundle with crib. Seemed to be the central air register because that room gets icy. Room with 2 doubles and two singles is bunk double beds plus a lumpy mattress under the bed - not clear what that’s about. I had to last minute rearrange room assignments. Lots of burned out lightbulbs. Microwave with yellow sticky saying doesn’t work, so a sub microwave was on the counter. Main refrigerator was oil but not cold. Sub fridge in laundry area. Most thermostats have signs that they dont work so difficult to regulate temps in bedrooms. Great decor and linens. Overall enjoyable, but needs attention.
